Best chicken ever created

This place is rubbish i got the kickstack meal and it was all batter no chicken nothing absolutly disgusting never again
Tried to return it and they said "nothing we can do about it" to overpriced for a rubbish meal

I had a good experience at my local Popeyes recently, the only thing that doesn’t make it five stars is that the food wasn’t piping hot it was lukewarm, but still tasty

Hot fresh food fast service and very good customer service employees are always happy an friendly this was the Popeyes on 3500 W Pinhook

Never going to Popeyes again after what happened so my uncle brought in Popeyes for me and after I ate the Popeyes i immediately had to go to the bathroom and in the bathroom I threw up 15 TIMES worst day of my life never going there again

The v chicken was all breading hardly any chicken, wait time long. The sandwich was ok

DO NOT ORDER OFF THE POPEYES APP. I ordered chicken at 9:40pm, and received a text to pick it up at 10:03pm. How about when I got there at 10:10pm, a rude employee told me that they didn’t have any chicken! I asked for a refund and was told that they couldn’t give me one, and that I had to use the app. I proceeded to go to support on the app and was told that I could not cancel my purchase and support consisted of a digital assistant who was useless. The following day, i spoke to the general manager who thought it was funny that i received a message to pick up my chicken when they had none. She also informed me that I had to use the app for a refund or pick up chicken which they now had. I asked for a manager higher up and got his number. Upon speaking to him, he told me to go to the store where the general manager was and get a refund! The store would only refund to the cc that was used for the purchase, so I had to make another trip and go home and return with that specific credit card. NEVER AGAIN. The other time I purchased through the app it took them one hour to get my order ready.

Horrible food and service won’t answer the phone. I have missing items and wrong items.

Terrible. Ordered through their app which directed me to the closest store. Paid and went to get my food only to find out the store is closed. Tried chatting with support and its the most useless ai chat I've ever experienced. They consistently display a lack of unprofessionalism. Shame too because the food is good. The customer service is beyond terrible.

I found out when visiting their Derby outlet that all of their chicken is Halal so I won't eat their food now. I object to being sold religiously slaughtered meat without my knowledge. I will never buy anything from Popeyes.

I’ve had several very troubling experiences at Popeyes on Coventry Arena. On multiple visits I’ve personally observed managers loudly shouting at Black crew members in front of customers. This was aggressive and unprofessional, and it made both staff and customers visibly uncomfortable.

It also appeared that Black crew members were being disciplined or let go much more often than others several employees I saw working one week weren’t there the next, and this seemed to happen repeatedly. From an outside perspective, this created a very worrying pattern that felt discriminatory.

In addition to this, the managers I’ve encountered are often rude to customers dismissive, abrupt, and lacking basic courtesy. Between the way staff are treated and the attitude toward customers, the overall atmosphere feels hostile rather than welcoming.

Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this location.

Muy lento el servicio aún estando el local solo, sus empleados no tienen buen servicio al cliente, más de 20 minutos esperando cuando no hay nadie por atender y sacan los pedidos de la mesa por partes así que no se puede compartir una comida agradable en familia y para completar sus piezas de pollo son demasiadas pequeñas

Worst restaurant I've ever been to, the workers are uneducated, both with the customer and with the drivers who will make their collections, they treat us like garbage, I will not eat and will never collect in this place again.
