Patch Notes
- Boots of Travel now works like a Town Portal Scroll when teleporting to a tower. If the tower dies during the teleport, this will no longer cancel a boots of travel teleport to the tower. Teleporting to other units is unchanged.
- Added a new teleport destination selection effect.
