[edit]- 5 teams
- Each country's National Olympic Committee (NOC) will be free to choose the method by which they select their representative players.
- The Indian team was selected by a qualifier hosted by the Esports Federation of India (ESFI).
- The Maldivian team was selected by a qualifier hosted by the Maldives E-Sporting Association (MESA).[1]
- The Nepalese team was selected by Nepal Esports Association (NESA).[2]
- The Pakistani team was selected to be Eximious esports by Pakistan E-Sports Federation (PESF).[3][4]
- The Sri Lankan team will be selected by Sri Lanka eSports Association (SLeSA).[5]
- Winner qualifies for 2018 Asian Games.
