Creates the infobox for a user.
Parameters

|image=- The Image to be displayed in the infobox

|givenname=- The users given/fore/first-name that will be used in automated player introductions
|familyname=- The users family/sur/last-name that will be used in automated player introductions
|caption=- The images caption
