The Atomic Re-SO is one of the main offline event held in France. It takes place in the city of Mont de Marsan. The 2011 edition featured seven tournaments:
- Counter Strike 1.6
- Counter Strike Source
- Call Of Duty 4
- Track Mania Nation
- StarCraft 2
- Super Street Fighter 4
- FIFA 11
The StarCraft II tournament was counting for the French Master Series 2010/2011, which lead to the qualification for Electronic Sports World Cup 2011. There was 80 contestants, including all the major French players. There was a group stage, followed by double-elimination playoffs.
Format
[edit]During the first round of group stage, the 24 players were placed in 4 groups of 6 players, and played best of three matches. There was then double-elimination playoffs, played in best of three.
