The Warcraft Nations Championship is a national team competition organized by war.eu. It's a world wide event, featuring Asian, Americans and European teams, nonetheles China missing.

The South Korea won, beating Russia in final.

Format

Qualifier

[edit]
  • 10 teams have to go through a qualifier match, the winner get a stop,
  • 11 teams are invited.

Groupstage

  • 16 teams will be divided in four round robin groups of four nations each
  • The two best teams of each of the four groups will proceed to the playoffs
  • Each nation duel consists of
    • 3x 1on1 (Bo3)
    • 1x 2on2 (Bo3)
  • A nations duel is over, when there is a tie (2:2) or one team has achieved three wins

Playoffs

  • 8 teams will be seeded in a single elimination grid
  • Each nation duel consists of
    • 3x 1on1 (Bo3)
    • 1x 2on2 (Bo3)
    • In terms of a tie, a best-of-one acematch will determine the winner
