Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Miravva. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Non-returnable items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

These include:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments or intimate apparel
  • Customized or made-to-order items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible at no additional cost.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time, first check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will assist you further.

Cancellations

We can only accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and cannot be canceled.
