| Run, Melos! reference, heh. Chinese cuisine is (mostly) yummy either way, no opinion on the sweet and sour pork survey. Pineapple on pizza, that's the real crime. Y'all have missed the series' ensemble cast, interconnected stories and episodic nature (OP and ED might give an hint, duh), complaining like Hayashi didn't have any screentime at all: he is clearly still the star, for now at least... I'm taking a wild guess and say in the next two episodes the focus will be on another pair. Well it's a freaking slice-of-school-life, what the hell are you expecting to "happen" exactly? Everyone's days and interactions, with their problems, hobbies and quirks, is as important as it is pointless, just like Hayashi's random quests. And yes, everyone falls for panda boy (and his coupons) before the bell rings. The bullying here was kinda irksome, especially the kick, but this ain't no drama, his resolve lightened the mood - along with Hayashi's smile and help. I'm cheering for you, Yamada. |

| The (literate) running joke that's all about Shotaro Yamada helping to secure lunch as a lunch delivery service, it all started with Senpai Masahiro Senoo helping him out once, and it has been going like that ever since. However, the Senpai's wallet being found by his courier in the restroom, the temptation is there for Yamada to steal its contents. Instead, he does what is right to turn in, but what he gets is only more rebel from the Senpai, not to mention Miyoshi just looking at their drama from above. Miyoshi's Parolee name resurfaces again, and given his ambition to join the baseball club but that he just couldn't do jack shit, it's only but a distant memory now. On the same spot, the bird nest that Miyoshi was looking onwards, and giving Masahiro a taste of his own medicine with the café au lait, the lunch delivery boy certainly knew what's up to find it hilarious. But the mishap of Yamada losing his own wallet literally being his breaking point to lash out at Masahiro, and then thanking Miyoshi for his act, the latter gets all emotional about it, at least ending on a happy note. Also, the sweet and sour pork with pineapple debate is exactly like Hawaiian pizza with/without pineapple, it's as old as day... |
