Wrong. Dead wrong. Insofar this series follows the "Kicked from Hero's Party" sloplot down to a T. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING is new or written different from what came before:
- MC goes to another party and forms a chaste harem;
- MC was secretly OP the entire time;
- Heroes party fails without the MC; <------ series is currently here
- Hero tries to convince MC to return, MC denies;
- Hero turns into villain;
- MC defeats hero;
- Hero party healer who is MC's love interest finally decides to leave hero's party and joins MC;
- Season finale hints at continuity that will never be made because the Manga was dropped because nobody's buying it.
There you go, I just saved you a few hours of lifetime. Use it wisely.
