Been using printshrimp for just over a month now and I must say I’m disappointed…. Disappointed in the fact I didn’t come across printshrimp and the owner Tom sooner. I started from scratch just over a month ago learning the basics from Tom. Who is a genius for basicsllly creating customers for himself however the company printshrimp does not let you down. It’s fast reliable and its prices are competitive and fair! I’m hoping to turn this venture into a side hustle and maybe something full time - Tom and printshrimp may make that possible

Speedy delivery, great paper and image quality, and amazing customer service to top it off. Tom is a pleasure to work with - great business and a top man. I’d highly recommend PrintShrimp to anyone.

I sell art prints online and have been using Printshimp for circa 9 months now. With an easy to use website, very competitive prices, ultra reliable dispatch and first class customer service they are the bees knees. They also have a very informative and helpful SKOOL community. All in all I highly recommended Printshrimp!

I converted my very first order from Etsy to Printshrimp yesterday, I have to say that the process was quite scary at first but with the click of a button my order was pulled from Etsy to the Printshrimp portal. Whilst I did have to learn a little about resizing, the whole process was easy to follow and now I have used the process once, I think it will be even easier next time.

Great customer service, any issue is cleared up very fast and very friendly team.

I was using Gelato for a number of years however, their quality and customer service has just went downhill rapidly. Customers were getting prints that were of very poor quality, or not receiving anything at all. I looked around and found PrintShrimp and so far it has been amazing. My customers are now leaving reviews because the print quality is so good. In fact just today, a customer messaged me the print she received from Gelato and one she recieved from PrintShrimp because she was so amazed by the difference! The customer service from Tom has been exceptional and it's really nice that they have an online forum!

There are definitely aspects of the website that need some work, but I know many things are in the pipeline and I am excited to work with them. If you are using the bigger PODs like Gelato etc, please do not hesitate to switch, I have zero regrets!

Started using PrintShrimp when we started selling POD prints. Customer Service and support is excellent with Tom responding to questions almost immediately. Production and shipping is fast and reliable, and quality, as attested by the reviews received from customers is excellent. PrintShrimp currently receive all of our Print Only orders. Hopefully they will start providing Framed Print options soon as that is a growing volume of our sales.

Excellent service with quick replies to any questions I have. Customers often comment on the excellent quality of their poster paper. A brilliant supplier!

I’ve been using PrintShrimp for a while now and couldn’t recommend them more. The service is really easy to use, from uploading artwork to placing an order. Delivery is always quick, and their team is great at responding fast and helping with any questions. Their guides are also super useful and make the whole process even easier.

The team was super helpful with sorting out my orders. Been a loyal customer for a while and the way they continuously innovate and help me make money at such a low price is amazing!

Had issues shipping to the US when the De Minimus loophole was closed off. DHL stopped shipping stateside so I was left with a massive hole in my customer base. Printshrimp are very helpful, great value and compared to Printify or Gelato are cheaper and print with a higher grade with 200gsm glossy paper. For 10 years I've been printing myself and shipping myself. I have now been printing with printshrimp for the last month now I and moved all US based orders to printshrimp. Highly recommended. Genuinely.

The way PrintShrimp reflected themselves gave me the confidence to start my business. Tom is very helpful and he set up great resources, genuine advice.

Nothing is easy, everything you do will be hard work; but it’s more fluent when you got a structure. There’s also an online community where you can keep yourself up to date. You’re always gonna be learning in business, so it’s nice to get a good start. Quality and service is great.

Affordable prices and quality prints. I just started my shop back in April selling posters and I didn’t think I’d make even half of what I’ve made in total revenue so far. I owe a lot of my success to Toms videos (which are completely free btw), they literally cover everything you need to know to get started and be successful. For a complete newbie they were so helpful.
I’ve had raving reviews about the quality of the posters I’ve had sent out and how quickly they’re delivered. The owners of the company have been top notch and always been so helpful and very responsive over email if I had any queries. Can’t complain and starting up this business has improved my life so much, I am so eternally grateful to Tom and Max. What you do is amazing and I have no doubt the business will continue to grow and expand and printshrimp will be one of the bigger names within POD. I just feel lucky that I found you guys so early on!

Contacted my business account with a bogus query about placing an order. It was a phoney email just trying to get me to switch printing over to them. Unbelievably unprofessional, I am so shocked that they would think that is a good way to gain customers. (Note that virtually all of the 5 * reviews on here are single reviewers, just saying...)
