AVOID ADVWIN AT ALL COSTS: The Customer Service we received was absolutely appalling and their business marketing ethics lead me to purchase a item that is useless after 2 weeks of operation. Absolutely devastated to have wasted a couple of hundred dollars on this Company to end up with items not usable. Zero care shown by Advwin about their role in my situation and the financial distress it caused me. Super happy to take your money (be warned they also sell through Bunnings Online as well as direct) but if you encounter any issues, Good Luck with that. Their returns policy requires the customer to pay the postage to return items to them and then they will decide if a refund is going to happen. If refund isn't possible, then you have incurred the cost of return. Very quick to blame the customer for any difficulties and state the letter of the law to wiggle out of negotiating a resolution. Clearly a company that don't care for repeat customers. Would give anything to turn back the clock and never purchase from them.
Consequently, a complaint is now being made by me to the ACCC requesting them to investigate the business practices of this Company.
