The bras arrived with significant creases in the cups which showed through my tshirt. You have to send a message on their site and hear from someone in order to start the process. I heard back in a few days asking me for more information (which was already supplied…) I replied with the requested info and they asked me “to wet wet the bras and let them air dry to see if the creases would subside.”

I wrote back again to say I wasn’t comfortable with this process and just wanted to return them as they did not fit in an attractive way. I have yet to hear back. I am very disappointed and feel as if the return process is a scam.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience ordering from this company. First the bras are amazing- no back fat shows, super comfy. Secondly, mine didn’t fit quite right and an associate helped me with their perfect fit guarantee to get the right sizes right away. Thank you for being such a great company!

I was looking for a new no wire bra to try and I'm so happy I discovered these products. I'm so impressed with the quality, feel and support. I'm waiting on my next order and will be transitioning all my bras over. They feel exactly the way bras should. The customer experience when I needed assistance was so prompt, supportive and friendly which makes online shopping are more comfortable experience.

Illegal return policy. Sizing all wrong and products aren’t the hype that the adverts say. Only positive was quick shipping.

I’m a small woman so I ordered the smallest size. While I love the shape the bra creates I get rubbing between the upper arm and breast. So maybe an extra small is needed. Also in Australia in summer this bra is extremely hot.

I recently ordered 2 bras and one of them was not the perfect fit, Molly was able to assist me to get me a different style. The seamless everyday push up jelly bra is amazing! So comfortable and supportive. So happy to have 2 of them now, they are my go to bras!

Don’t believe the fitting guarantee. I communicated with them that the size sent wasn’t fitting well. Even though I measured myself and went by their measurements.
They emailed back to ask for my measurements. I sent them. They have refused to honour the fitting guarantee, and send ones that will fit, as they have said that I needed to send the measurements within 30 days. However this was not mentioned on the email they sent me that there was a timeline for the replacements. I really disappointed. Plus the items aren’t overly cheap. Please beware that if you order. This company will do everything not to honour the fitting guarantee.

Absolutely amazing bras and probably the best customer service I’ve ever encountered! I ordered one style but didn’t feel it was quite the right fit so made contact with Celeste D’0r customer service and the lovely Julie asked me a few questions and together we decided on another style. The bras are perfect and SO COMFORTABLE! They give me so much support and a perfect shape. Very happy indeed and will be ordering more! Thank you ☺️

I bought the seamless every day push-up before I went on vacation because my other bras were no longer comfortable. This bra is absolutely the best I bought in a long time. It fits like a glove. It’s very, very comfortable and I just ordered an additional another one in another color and a deep V push-up. I absolutely recommend this product.

I brought these bras after seeing them advertised on socials. I am size 34gg, I ordered a Large in two different style bras. I didnt use the measuring tool appropriately just order what I thought would fit. Anyway the bras arrived and didnt fit 🙃. I contacted the seller, they offered to refund me 40% of what I paid and still keep the bras, or pay a £15 shipping and admin fee to return them or send me out two new bras in my size and I could regift the two bras that didnt fit. I reordered 2 different bras in an XL (i used there measuring guide this time) and I picked there most supportive bras. They've arrived and are super comfortable and give great lift.

I had read the reviews before ordering so I knew returning them would cost me money but Im actually glad I was given the opportunity of ordering a different size as they are super comfortable

Best Bra I've ever had, love not having the uncomfortable underwire and I love the support. I don't rush to take my bra off when I get home now, in the past it was pretty much coming off as I walked in the door.

This company makes returns difficult and costly. I ordered three bras. None of them fit. Very unsupportive bras. The items are all unworn with tags attached in original packaging. When I requested a return, the company rep asked me to write an email detailing why they didn’t fit me, and take photos of the bras. I did that and they responded that it would be £12.95 to return them (nearly $20 in US where I am). If I had known how difficult the returns process was I wouldn’t have ordered from them.

The bra did not fit me properly. They offered a replacement even though there was not a bigger size? Then they said I could keep the bra at 50% discount and I could gift it to a family member! Then they offered me a refund minus £6.95 which included p&p and admin costs for the return. I received the reduced refund but no generated return label so in fact they have kept the money I paid for the return. Their reply emails are always apologetic but they obviously do not cater for refunds in an acceptable manner.

Bras are fabulous and so comfortable. They also give a great shape. Customer service is truly excellent!!

Being large busted it’s hard to find a bra that feels like you have support yet feels like your not wearing anything and best of all looks great this combination is trifecta of bras .
