For what the company lists as fast delivery especially if you reside in Australia, waiting and response times are questionable in comparison to other custom framed art stores. I place the order mid January and with no order arrival or update as of yet. The price is also quite questionable, so I have yet to see if the art print and frame is of quality and justifiable for what I feel is a long waiting time.

I do NOT recommend this company.

I placed an order for a single item on 8 January 2026 and received a confirmation that it would be delivered in 4 - 6 business days.

As of 11 February 2026, it has still not been delivered, despite multiple follow ups.

I have cancelled my order and requested a refund. The company has not yet responded.

Very poor service.

Took too long to ship my artwork. Waited 2 months to receive. The quality of the print was also extremely poor. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Unless you want to wait nearly 2 months for your order, don't bother. Cannot believe I still haven't recieved my order yet lol. Absolutely ridiculous shipping time.

We ordered some prints recently from Inka Arthouse.. unfortunately, one of the ones delivered was incorrect. This can be a critical moment between customer and supplier - and in this instance Inka shone brightly! Next day delivery for the replacement item and a happy customer.. well done Inka, great service!!

Beautiful print. Great quality. A few issues with delivery which were dealt with swiftly and with amazing customer service. I'll definitely be a returning customer. ..in fact waiting on my second print now! :)

Even though I brought during the busy period, they kept my up to date with my order in a perfect timely manner. I would buy again, as they're perfect. Customer service 10/10 across the board.

take this as your sign to NOT order from Inka Arthouse. i placed an order for a poster on the 1st of january it didn’t arrive until today the 3rd of feb. not only was the wait suspiciously long for something most company’s can send out within a week or two max, the quality was definitely NOT premium. for the amount i paid it definitely was not worth $79 dollars. take this as your sign to not buy from them, they’re a scam and everything they advertise online is NOT the poster you end up with! very poor quality indeed.

I’m updating my review now that the order has been delivered and I’ve had time to assess the artwork.

The order arrived well beyond the stated delivery window, after repeated assurances that it would ship “very soon” or “that day.” After escalating the issue, the owner did step in to ensure the order was dispatched and offered a partial refund, which I appreciate.

Unfortunately, the quality of the prints themselves was disappointing. The smaller, unframed print feels like basic office-quality paper rather than art-grade stock. It was also damaged due to packaging. Due to haphazard packing, the packing tape was adhered directly to the back of the print, and removing it tore the paper, leaving part of the image semi-transparent. The company did offer to replace the art but given the previous long and inconvenient delivery, I declined.

The larger framed print looks acceptable largely because the frame conceals that the print itself appears similarly low quality.

For transparency, I did temporarily take this review down at the owner’s request while the issue was being addressed. I’m reposting it now to reflect the full experience, including both the eventual accommodation and the final condition and quality of the artwork.

While I appreciate the effort made to resolve the situation after the delay, between the missed timelines, packaging damage, and print quality, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend ordering — especially if timing or quality prints matter.

Amazing company to buy from! Not just for their awesome art selection but also the way they do business.
My order arrived with the glass totally smashed because of how the courier handled it and I was really upset as it was to be a birthday gift for a friend. However, as soon as I informed Inka about this they promptly proceeded to send a replacement at their cost. They must’ve fast-tracked it too cause the arrival was speedy, intact and most importantly in time for the friends birthday. Inka Arthouse will definitely have my business and I’d recommend them to all in a heartbeat!

November 29th I ordered a painting. I have emailed the company several times that I have not received my order. January 30th my order is cancelled using Klarna. Worst I have ever experienced. Do not order from here.

I am so happy with my art print. The paper quality is super, and the colours of the figures seem even warmer and more lovely than they appeared on my computer screen. Customer service throughout the purchase process was exemplary. I would definitely recommend Inka Arthouse to anyone looking to buy a print!

I really love the print I ordered. Was a little worried about time frame but the lovely Lady that replied to my email was very reassuring. It was ordered on boxing day so I understand the slowing down of businesses at this time. Otherwise had awesome communication and arrived very quickly once dispatched. Will definitely order again. Super simple and great prices.

Lovely product but slow delivery and dishonest timeframes
I love the print and frame but it took over a month to get to me, so don't trust the suggested time frames on their website/ or in their AI generated apology emails.
I ordered 28 December, received email on 12 January saying there were delays due to holiday period and would be dispatched in 4-7 days, I received it on 29 January. It usually takes a couple of days for things to reach me from Melbourne so it was annoying they kept saying it was coming when it wasn't!

Thank you Jarrah and team. Very impressed by the level of communication from them. So impressed with the urgency and time they put in to ensure that it arrived in time despite them playing catch up after the Christmas break.
Quality of the print is amazing and can't wait to order some pieces for ourselves. Highly recommend them!

I saw this company advertised over Facebook so I browsed their website and loved what I saw.

I placed an order and whilst initially the wrong order arrived, it was quickly rectified and my correct print was sent out straight away. It’s now pinned to my wall and looks super cute. I was also allowed to keep the wrong print that was sent out.

Their customer service is excellent and really cannot be faulted. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a print and although a beautiful one, it wasn’t the right one that the art house sent me. I sent them a message and they replied within a few hours and corrected the mistake immediately. I got the right print and an apology. I really appreciate the effort and help and the corrected mistake (which anyone can do). The prints are a really good quality and they are both nicely designed. Would really recommend them for buying some nice prints, they have a really amazing selection. Thank you.

Ordering from Inka Arthouse was a smooth experience. They are a 10/10. Loved the products I ordered although I had got the measurements in my space wrong and had to return the items. I loved the pieces I ordered from them. Return process was effortless. Inka Arthouse will always be my top of the choices.
