Horrific shipping

Unless you want to wait nearly 2 months for your order, don't bother. Cannot believe I still haven't recieved my order yet lol. Absolutely ridiculous shipping time.

They've gone DOWN HILL.

Just went through h3ll to make a custom case with ALL OF MY OWN IMAGES. Pics from my travels, of buildings, dead relatives. Went and paid extra for express shipping. $128.00 total PAID and removed from my account.

I then get a text that my design has been marked as 3rd party copyright infringment - THESE ARE ALL MY PICTURES

It then tells me to send them an email.

WHY ARE YOU TAKING MY MONEY IF YOU NEED PRE-APPROVAL?

DO NOT GET THE CUSTOM CASES.

This would have been my 3rd case - NEVER AGAIN.

Schithouse process to upload tickets

Schithouse process to upload tickets. It wouldn't verify my ticketek log in (password is correct, as is email) and wouldn't accept the pdf print of my ticketek email ticket, so all in all a pretty useless website. Will have to stick to ticketek marketplace.

When listing Ticketek tickets on Tixel, you have a few options. You can log in to your Ticketek account (don’t worry, we never save your login), or upload your Apple Wallet ticket, original PDF, or the SMS ticket link.

To keep things secure, we use our ownSafeScan tech - so we can’t accept screenshots or PDF prints. Verifying tickets helps keep our marketplace safe and ensures every ticket listed is legit.

If there are any hiccups, our Community Support Team is here to help troubleshoot or list your ticket manually. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any contact from you and therefore weren’t able to assist you.

As mentioned, if you could reply to our Trustpilot information request or reach our Community Support team, we’d be more than happy to get your tickets listed!

Scam scam scam

Not sure how this company has positive reviews, it's an absolute scam. Went and printed out and LAMINATED a bunch of advertising material with my, so I thought, 'free' qr code only to find that they've paused it until I 'reactivate' it for $35usd. Absolute BULLSCHIT. Now I have to awkwardly sticky tape a new code onto the fuhking fliers. DO. NOT. USE. And no, there was absolutely nothing that indicated that it was a trial when making the QR code. Scumbag company with zero integrity and will NOT BE PAYING TO KEEP THE CODE after such deception which is the obvious sales technique.

Bought the fireplace diffuser

Bought the fireplace diffuser, novelty was cool at first but it's WAY too difficult to clean to be worth it, even with a stiff brush. Just get a normal diffuser. I use around 3 drops of oil as you can't use much water and it cakes up so quickly. Wash between uses is again, difficult because there's just too many nooks and crannies to access with something sharp and oil is VERY hard to clean. Unable to attach a pic of what I'm talking about, but the build up is not hygienic at all (again, even after attempting to clean)

Suppliment containers not generously filled for price you pay, hole in leggings, see through

My leggings have a tiny hole on the seam which isnt a good feeling, they're also see through unfortunately, regardless of reviews. Very soft though so will keep.

Main issue: I ordered some supps (amino and pre workout) and I'm unbelievably disappointed at the lack of product you actually get. $54.99 for 3.5cm of product and 3.5cm of air, NOT taking into account the lid space. Half the tub is empty and the tubs are already REALLY small, you're meant to get 40 servings, but why not fill them 3/4 the way? There's no way I'd pay that again, nothing worse than opening something and the container/bag being half empty, it looks like its been used. This is really a gripe I have and something that grinds my gears, I was genuinely shocked. Why make the containers so 'big'? You could literally halve the amount of plastic used for the container and lid. The whatsapp live chat is good though. Wouldn't buy from them again unfortunately, glad I paid sale price. They taste fantastic but my god, fill the containers, its ridiculous.

Please note that we use bigger containers for safer shipping purposes.
As we ship all of our products from Germany, the powder might compress during transport, but after a few shakes it should fluff back up to its normal size.
The container contains the promised amount mentioned on our website.
