When I contacted customer service for a return due to the defect they said it wasn’t covered by the regular return policy, I explained that they had a policy for defects and they still wouldn’t let me return them. Steer clear of this brand. Go with Luca faloni instead.

Terrible customer service! We spent a fortune on this brand in the past 10 years, we won’t buy again, that’s for sure! There was a factory fault on a pair of shoes my husband purchased, you would expect some communication of some sort but we’ve been completely dismissed by Yassine.

Again call the provided number and she asked me to email!!! And cut the number. The worst experience from Loro piana......
You might do business you might not do business, but you can not Humiliate any person.... Loro piana does not give you that license... No one has that license.
Really dishearten. Such a worst company with LVMH brand!!!
Luxury Bag, Terrible Experience
I purchased a Loro Piana bag in their Florence boutique, which was very expensive. The bag had a large decorative lock that fell off just two days after my purchase. This lock was a key part of the bag’s design and gave it its distinctive look, so without it, the bag loses its charm and value.
I reached out multiple times via WhatsApp, directly to the boutique, and through customer service, asking if, as a loyal customer, they could send me a replacement lock. A staff member named Angelica promised she would get back to me with any updates, but she never did. This lack of follow-up is unacceptable and demonstrates a terrible approach to customer care.
I am extremely disappointed in the brand. For such a high-end product and price, I expected better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has completely shaken my trust in Loro Piana, and I will think twice before purchasing from them again.

Dealing with this brand was one of the most disappointing experiences for me. My husband bought a leather coat, which in few months of wearing turned into pile of garbage. It is difficult to explain, but seems like every time you touched it bits of leather started to rip off to the point where whole coat was just in peaces. Also, it was navy blue, but for some reason colour just disappeared completely leaving coat just dirty colour look. Important to admit, coat was brand new, cost 8000 pounds and never ever was treated badly like left in a sun light or treated with chemicals etc.
after contacting Loropiana head office and manager at Bond Street boutique, I received such disrespect and contempt to customer. It was beyond belief. Also, my family were customers for this brand for years. We never ever received not even apology. Shame on this brand, shame that guy who supposed to represent brand I’m London and massive shame on the quality of the garment which was clearly faulty, and no attempt was made to get it right.
If I could to add pictures I would shock you guys.
So just be very careful.

Ils sont 10/15 salariés , occupés à se parler et le client doit attendre que leurs discussions se finissent pour daigner s’occuper de vous

Very poor customer service. Tried to generate a return and no clear return instructions. No-one responded on the number even after a number of attempts. Then tried a store who couldn’t help. Eventually received an email from them to generate a return. Not what I expected from such a brand.

Purchased a €2000+ jacket from this brand from a retailer zipper broke within months lora piana customer service said. Its not purchased through them yet they ask for proof of purchase i give and they be like go back to the retailer which is not going to help as they say this is a manufacturer defect. Lora piana customer service keeps sending same scripted reply over and over they are unwilling to help in any way violate warranty laws by not honoring it all they wanna do is rake in money while their customers being treated as garbage. Solve this with me lora!

I bought a pair in March and the shoes has already lost it’s shape and the Imprint behind the shoes had rubbed off….. Tried to contact customer service but they weren’t really helpful and did not offer any solution and said that when fabrics are in contact with shoes that it is normal for the imprint to come off…. After just 3 months, really?
