This is a scandal, they take 97 USD instead of 12 USD. I don't even know if at the end they provide the ESTA, I never received it ! They don't unswear to any email !!!! TO AVOID absolutly !

Almost felt for this one.
the fee is currently 21 USD. do not pay more for it. in my case, I was asked for 68 USD more for the service.
The official site to use is the one with .gov
esta [dot] cbp [dot] dhs [dot] gov
anything else is scam.
