Very happy

Very happy! Process was super smooth. We had looked around for this particular style of bed for a while and every company was estimating lengthy lead times. Cubbly had one advertised as delivered in 1 week. 1 Week later it arrived, yes they are on the more expensive side but wow, the quality is incredible! Very pleased!

Very well made, nice to see its pine and not chipboard. My daughter loves it. Great to be able to choose guard rails and leg sizes. I was able to change the delivery date with ease and the delivery guys were really friendly, great experience!

We phoned to make an enquiry. We were told we would get a call back later that day and very helpful customer service assistant answered all of our questions and helped us to order the bed we wanted. It was built to order and we waited just over 4 weeks. Delivery was smooth. Building it took some time but really worth it as our daughter loves it!

Very impressed with the handling of my order with Cubbly. Unfortunately we had some screws missing for the drawer wheels. Once reported they arrived in the post the next day! The bed is beautiful and excellent Customer Service.

Public Apology, But Still No Response To Resolve The Issue

VERY SLOW DELIVERY

EXCEEDINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

We were so excited to get our bed but the delivery time dragged on and on with no responses to our emails requesting an update.

On receipt the bed was not as hoped for and again....

NO response to emails
NO responses to calls (always promised a callback)
NO responses from the chat function which was always closed and promised an email response.

Customer service and communication is an absolute joke!!!

We are very unhappy customers and annoyed we didnt check out trust pilot first as we are clearly not alone in this!

UPDATE:
Following the company's public reply, I again contacted them directly by email to resolve this matter fairly. I offered a reasonable settlement, explained the situation clearly, and asked for written confirmation so we could close things amicably.

Unfortunately, I have received NO RESPONSE AT ALL, despite their claim that they are "open to communication" and keen to resolve things "directly and fairly". This lack of dollow-through is consistent with the communication issues I experienced from the start.

It is also disappointing to see recent reviews praising their "excellent communication" as this has not reflected my experience at any stage.

I remain willing to resolve this, but the company has still not replied to my email or taken any steps to move things forward.

We would like to clarify for transparency that a chargeback was raised with your bank just after delivery, which has resulted in the funds being returned to you while the bed itself remains in your possession. We have written separately regarding this and would very much like to resolve matters directly and fairly.

We appreciate that there were genuine frustrations along the way. and where communication fell short, we are sorry for the upset this caused.

At present, the open chargeback means the funds have been removed while the goods remain with you, which significantly limits the ways we are able to assist until the matter is concluded with your bank.

Our preference is always to resolve matters directly and constructively, without the need for formal legal steps and we remain open to communication so this situation can be closed fairly for everyone involved.

When it eventually arrived after 2 months the delivery guy was soo rude shouting and swearing saying they wouldn’t take it up stairs even though we paid for that service. I’ve honestly to god called the customer service number well over 50 times and every person said they Will get back to me, the number goes through to a third party team, no direct number to the work shop . I email and as soon as I talk about compensation never get a reply . ABSOLUTE JOKE.

We work with a third-party delivery partner, BJS Home Delivery, and behaviour such as you have described is completely unacceptable. We would very much like to raise a formal complaint with them on your behalf and ensure this is properly investigated.

Please could you email [email protected] with your order number and a brief summary of what happened, including the delivery date and any photographs of the marked wood? Once we have this, we can liaise directly with the delivery company and support you in pursuing this further.

We are genuinely sorry for the frustration this has caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We would really like the opportunity to look into this properly and help resolve things for you.
