Awful experience

Awful experience. Poor communication. Price when purchasing was one number, paid and then we were told we had to pay more. No communication around delivery, we had to chase loads and even then got very little informarion. Missing pieces when bed arrived and still havent heard back from company. Quality of bed not completely as expected, arrived with black marks on the wood.

Left at front door when not home

Left at front door when not home. Anyone could have stolen the packages. Should have been put discreetly round side of house or in back garden, not blocking front door step.

The service was good but the product…

The service was good but the product isn't as expected. The desk dimensions are not correct due to a back board which extends it out further, there are inserts missing to fit the pieces together meaning it's not as secure as it should be. I will be requesting a refund unfortunately.

The product package has arrived damage…

The product package has arrived damage and dirty looking, and the sweets are all broken. Not impressed with what's arrived.

Good but a few issues…

There was a good level of communication from the company however due to a number of delivery issues our items had to be reordered and took an additional couple of weeks passed the original delivery date to arrive. As a result of these issues it was a bit stressful. The delivery guys were nice though and helpfully put the items into our back garden.
