After repeated Invoice Issues and slow Customer Support, I decided to cancel my Service.
dogado.de have corrected the Cancellation date and responded via Email.

I still think its poor that I can't speak to someone over the phone about billing issues and that the answer to every question by the chatbot is "create Ticket"

After a poor experience with a previous hosting provider where I was for 10+ years, I switched to Dogado! The migration process was smooth, thanks to their outstanding support team who did the transfer of my emails/inboxes (~50). Additionally, they provided useful tips for moving my 10+ WordPress websites, and even helped fix a few minor issues along the way. On top of all that, the price is significantly lower than what I was paying before. I’m genuinely impressed with the service and highly recommend Dogado for anyone looking for a reliable and customer-friendly hosting provider.

The website on biocommunication research was really outdated. No hope for an update, because of old tools and construction pathways. DOGADO Support (Andre Reinhardt) updated in very short time excellently. We are Very Very Happy, because we did not expect a solution. Excellent expertise here. We can really recommend this!!

Fast resolution of my request. Anna and Lukas were able to release my domain names to speed up the transfer. Although it's German company english customers don't need to worry - support is happy to help in english if necessary.

I really tried, but this host has some serious Email issues. Do not use their Email server. They filter out so many emails pretending they are phishing emails. This emails DO NOT end up in you spam and are just in quarantine until you kindly ask them to release them. However you can only ask if you know that an email you are awaiting is blocked. The support will tell you to enter the domain in the white pages and this should be possible however the white pages are just programmed to accept emails not domains... Overall very frustrating for a company to not receive emails from even their bank.
