eBay and UPS stealing from their customers without you knowing it.

eBay and UPS stealing from customers (FRAUD). Check your accounts if you have ever made an error on a UPS label initiated through eBay.

eBay states that you will not be charged for a UPS Label until it is scanned. I printed a label, saw the error and shredded the Label within a minute of being printed. After 15 hours on the phone with eBay, over a month period, with 5 different customer service representatives and 3 dropped calls (on their end), eBay says the label, that went from the printer to the shredder was scanned, and I am at fault.

Attempting to cancel the label on eBay.ca, it says "Don't worry, you will not be charged for Labels that aren't scanned."

I was charged, and told by eBay that I should not have scanned the label, and that I am at fault.

eBay needs to be held to account for their fraudulent activities.

I purchased a vehicle part from…

I purchased a vehicle part from Premiumparts EU, which was advertised as coming with a one-year warranty. The part was installed on my vehicle approximately one month ago. It was identical to the original component it replaced and was fitted correctly.

Shortly after installation, a fault began occurring whenever the vehicle was driven above 40 mph. Most recently, while travelling to my MOT appointment, the issue reappeared. I carried out a diagnostic scan, and the results clearly indicate that the fault originates from the left hub — exactly where the supplied part was installed.

The part is still well within the stated one-year warranty period and was fitted correctly, so it appears to be defective. However, eBay does not provide any warranty coverage themselves, meaning the responsibility lies entirely with the seller.

I am disappointed that a product sold with a one-year warranty has failed after such a short period of normal use. I am sharing this experience to inform other potential buyers about the product quality and overall reliability.

They wrote me, that they would handle the case, nut now cause 30 days after, they just wrote sorry. We cant do anything now. I did send them pictures of there own emails with dates, and have prove of the fake Eos Lip Balm that I purchased and the shipping crazy expensive. Hard to decide if eBay or Amazon is worse.

I waited a month and a half for an item to be delivered, opened a case to get my money back, and eBay sided with the seller, telling me that I needed to wait for the delivery date as indicated by the tracker. The tracker was in Chinese, and every time the delivery date would get close, I'd get a notification saying it had been pushed back again. Seller actually ran the return clock out by doing this. Was told by eBay that I'm screwed out of 40 bucks now. I wrote a negative review for the Chinese seller that eBay still hasn't posted. Why so biased towards China, eBay? You're not even trying to hide it.

Another once great company brought low by greed.

They have fallen a long way

They have fallen a long way! They were the best company around but now have AI or dumb computer systems running the Help and Support Dept.
Also, I spend a $13x.xx for a battery that never arrived here. It was shipped by UPS, and I’ve had problems with them before. I lost! I checked the sellers score and saw why! They had thousands of sales on eBay and good feedback! I am only a Purple Star buyer! Not a fair way to decide the case, but I Lost 13x.xx plus shipping, and still have no battery charger!
No one to talk to! I know my score isn’t correct. They don’t count purchases made from the same seller so many days close to other purchases!
Now, some where alone our long trip together, ownership has changed hands. PayPal welcomes me to stop using them! I had a small charge of $1.xx or $2.xx on one Discover Card and it was a recurring charge. Finally, I gave into my wife and called Discover. They tried, as we did to contact the people charging me but they were unreachable! So, Discover said to not use the cards right now and they would rush me new ones! Sounded great but I have had an account with Experian for years, but my credit score went from 82x to 76x in one month! I called them and was told, by Federal Law, they had to report my account as HACKED on Discover! The world has gone crazy!
There isn’t a thing man can do to destroy God’s Climate, but money grubbers don’t want to spend postage to mail a paper statement and use Climate for a reason. It never bothers anyone except Western Countries, while the rest of the World burns coal, oil, and nuke power! This country continues to seek AI and destroy our workforce, to save a few dollars while hiding behind “Save The Planet” for every dollar grubbing means of pinching a few dollars like Statements by mail! We have paid by Paper Statements for a great number of years and that is how my wife found the HACKED Discover account that cost me so dearly on my credit score!
I give up! Good Business Knowledge is hidden by Poor Business Practice!
This Nation would never make it through another National Disaster!

FAKE ENAMEL SIGNS Sold by 410dave on ebay uk

FAKE ENAMEL SIGNS. DID U BUY 1?

Do you collect vintage signs whether they're enamel, porcelain or painted? Did you know you can buy many FAKE signs on eBay? Let me introduce you to UK eBay seller 410Dave who sells many Fake enamel signs but states they are vintage/genuine. I've been following this fraudster since I received one of his fake signs as a present. I am the proud owner of a fake Coca Cola sign. 410Dave likes to pretend his signs are vintage/used as if they've had a life attached to a wall for many decades before he came along and rescued them. I've never known anybody to have so much luck finding so many signs in such great condition. The amazing thing about these signs is that despite being made by different manufacturers in different decades for different companies they share so many similarities:

1, The colors are all still vibrant. The reds and blues show no signs of fading. Miracle paint?
2, The wear pattern is caused by sanding not the elements. Check the fixing holes.
3, Spelling mistakes.
4, The reverse of the signs bear the same strange marks as if they've been cut from the same piece of donor metal. Look for the 2 parallel lines and the same aging marks.
5, The main body of the sign is devoid of wear. Wheres the rust/holes/bubbling?
6, That one person could find so many signs of the same type in the same condition!?!
7, Currently he is selling an American Coke sign and a British UXB sign that both have the same marks back and front. How could that be?!

In short if you have bought one of these signs believing it to be old you have been conned. They're new, made in large batches and sold at motor fairs and yard sales around the UK. I've even seen them on my travels thru France although they're not sold as genuine and are a fraction of the cost.

To sum up 410Dave has his name, address and contact details on eBay. Just scroll down to the bottom of the listing. Contact him for a refund. He currently has many for sale and sold. If you have bought one you have been ripped off.

Here are some of the numbers for the fake signs for sale which can be researched: RAC sign = 397011590555 Coke sign = 376495654671. There are more and they're all described as vintage.

410Dave does like his fake pictures and your hard earned cash.

RUN from this platform!

My profits tanked this month because eBay’s algorithm buried my listings. Items that normally sell for $40–50 got zero visibility and ended at 77 cents. As a long‑time seller with a perfect record, this was incredibly frustrating. eBay needs to fix its search and stop punishing honest sellers. I actually have negative profits for my most recent sales...

Don't Do It!

If I could, I would rate a 0! Ebay has no policies on protecting the buyer. They make it difficult to get through to Ebay Customer Service by phone as well as they discourage buyers from the ability to report a seller who fraudulently took my money and never delivered the product. Ebay is designed to protect the SELLER! Ebay is a feeding ground for fraudulent sellers that have been able to continue to sell on Ebay and continue ripping off unsuspecting buyers. Get your act together and start focusing on those who continue to allow your disgraceful website to continue to operate. YOUR CUSTOMERS MATTER TOO!

Ebay is one of the most untrustworthy…

Ebay is one of the most untrustworthy platforms with horrible customer service no qualified authentication services and if you report counterfeits 100% of the time, they will do nothing and say they see nothing wrong. eBay is a counterfeit superstore. There are more luxury counterfeits than authentic items and many users use different usernames and work with other scammers. Ebay lies to its customers and states ebay can authenticate, but they can’t, they do not have the qualifications expertise and I’m pretty certain that none of the authenticators have ever owned any of the luxury items they’re authenticating and this is what the counterfeit sellers are banking on that ebay has no clue and as a result, it has turned into a counterfeit superstore online outlet for scammers. Buyers get burned and never come back and authentic Sellers can’t sell anything because buyers have no trust and authentic sellers can’t compete with counterfeit pricing and the amount of counterfeits have flooded the market. If you continue to report counterfeits, Ebay will close your account. I would not recommend Ebay to anyone they offer no customer service no authentication services, even though they say that they do offer authentication no buyer should trust it. You have to know what you’re buying. Most sellers are also rude because they’re scammers and if you question them, you are interfering with their scam and other sellers are tired of Ebay wasting their time. If you’re unfamiliar with the brands & purchasing on ebay, most likely 99.9%, You’ve purchased a counterfeit. Not a trustworthy platform.

I believe that as a eBay customer

I believe that as a eBay customer, we should have the right to contact or be able to contact to a living person. It is very unfair that these companies like ebay get away we're not wanting to speak with customers when they are the ones that are providing salaries for these primadonnas, sitting at an office desk, I believe that as a eBay customer, we should all get together and file a complaint with the consumer fair and Better Business Bureau for these companies that are providing merchandise. For people with customers and then they do not want to speak to any customers, and they are basically incognito. The government should step in and do something about this. If anybody else agrees with this, let's start a petition to get eBay and other companies to have and be able to speak to customers when they are problems. I ordered a package 10 days ago from 3 hours away and it's 10 days and I see nothing on the tracking I can get merchandise from New York and 2 days and it's further than when I am in Orlando.Does anybody agree with this
