My order was 4 days late with no additional information. I spent an hour on the website trying to find a link to help me find out where my order was. I finally googled “How to get help with Amazon order” to get a phone number for help. The largest order company in the world and I had to google the question to get to their help number. Unbelievable!!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!! Amazon fix this!!!!!!!

An Amazon prime member 20 years. Unfortunately their service has gone from a 9 to a 2. Today called needed tech support on echo. The guy had no idea what I was asking about. Hard to understand him. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.
My parcel arrived torn open with the contents missing. I immediately contacted Amazon, but instead of resolving the issue properly, I was told that a replacement would not be issued — only a refund.
Even after requesting to escalate the matter and speak with a supervisor, I was still refused a replacement and left with no option but to accept a refund and reorder the item myself.
Unfortunately, when reordering, the price had increased from £41.99 to £50.99, leaving me £9 out of pocket through no fault of my own.
I have front and rear security cameras at my property, and the only individual who had contact with the parcel was the Amazon delivery driver, who placed the box against the wall in a way that concealed the torn-open side.
To date, Amazon has not offered to reimburse the price difference or properly address the seriousness of this situation. I find this completely unacceptable and very disappointing as a customer.
Bad 3rd Party transactions
I bought a number of clothing items through a 3rd Party, Bryce Harringtons under the guise of Best Trading Stores in which I received.
The clothing is very substandard and one of the items that I paid for through Amazon does not even show up on my profile.
There are still two items totalling approximately $200 that I can’t return for various reasons.
They actually put in a sob story for me to keep the items even though they promise a full return within 30 days.
Amazon is responsible for 3rd party sales and this is unacceptable.
I have sent in both receipts of the items that still need to be returned and I’m not getting any good response.
I’ll keep posting the same BAD REVIEW, until I get a refund and return these items.
Do not shop at the above stores listed as they are really a SCAM.

Sent a faulty laptop for repair. Not repaired within given time frame. Asked for an update and offered a refund. Said ok and £400 was issued. This is my first purchase with them and they cancel the refund because I apparently violated their t&cs with my previous orders, however my first order is the laptop.??
Contacted them and they said they can’t do anything and just hang up on your face. Reported to my bank and courts claim. What a corrupt company with terrible customer service.
Service has been terrible lately and it’s costing me money
Definitely gone downhill the past few years it’s so sad. Just recently I received a used nasty item, returned it, they checked in the wrong item from my order and gave me a refund for that other item (which was cheaper), and then recharged me for the gross item I no longer have. I was stuck paying the difference after reaching out several times to customer service.
Another time they sent me an item still in the return box from the previous customer (address and all).
Order from Amazon at your peril and as a last resort.
Counterfeit OPPO charger caught fire
Horrendous experience. Called numerous times to explain how a supposed genuine OPPO charger I purchased, had caught fire in my kitchen melting my expensive BOSE headphones, ones that were bought for my birthday from my now deceased partner. They refused to replace them, refused to tell me what action they would be taking with the seller. I had spoken to 5 people to get a reasonable response to no avail. I even spoke to a manager but they dismissed my argument. He did not seem to be bothered that my house was at risk with 2 small children. I have provided all the evidence they asked for. I am very upset about this, genuine products are vigorously tested.
They have a claims department that continuously keep closing my case, it doesn't make sense that they refuse to do anything about it, appalling!!! meanwhile people are still buying the same charger.
Shipping is ALWAYS delayed
Every other package I have ordered has not arrived on time. Amazon’s shipping has really declined in the past year. They used to have an occasional delayed package. Now it is every other thing I order. What’s happened?

I'm a long-term customer almost 15 years with Amazon and now I'm being treated like they could give a s***! I ordered five products last week and only three came! Now I spend a lot of money each year on Amazon buying a lot of stuff. The first one that didn't show up said it was going to be there at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday so I'm just sitting there waiting and it gets to be about 2:30 and I paid extra for an early shipment and at 2:30 it's still at the processing center so by 3:00 p.m. I call Amazon. The customer wrap told me don't worry it'll be there by the end of the day well that never happened either so I call Amazon again at midnight where's my package and I get a woman oh sir you know you're talking to somebody in the Philippines Sir so sorry but it'll be there tomorrow by 6:00 p.m. . So I raised my voice to her and I said I paid $2.99 to have it shipped early. Oh when it comes it's call back and we'll give you the $2.99 back. Well the next day it never comes so I call back again where is my package I want my money back and I'm thinking about canceling Amazon well I can't cancel for you you have to do that on a website so it took me time to figure out where on the website they try to hide it to cancel. No I live in South Carolina near Columbia and the processing center everybody complains about it everybody's not getting packages or these morons that deliver deliver to the wrong address. It's a constant problem so a few months ago I was complaining about it and then it got better and now so I give Amazon another chance and I order something else now I just had eye surgery yesterday they put me on an antibiotic in the doctor said get a heat pad instead of us having to take the stye out just take the antibiotic and put moist heat on it and he said well you can get these heat pads on Amazon so I come home and I see yeah they had them on Amazon so I order and I do the early shipping like a moron than I am and it's supposed to be there by 10:00 p.m. . So I see that it finally got out of the processing center and then about halfway about 8:00 at night I go to track the package they allow you to do that and it says temporarily offline we can't get the driver I knew right then and there I wasn't getting that package because these drivers if they want to go home they just turn their phone off and go home. So I call Amazon again now I'm pissed and I said you have a problem with The processing center I said look at the order now again I didn't get my package a day ago and this one never made it by the 10:00 p.m. and I paid extra money for it and I told the girl I said I knew it wasn't comming when I saw the tracking said we can't see the driver right now but be assured it's on its way. So I said again I paid extra I haven't even got back the money from the other order that didn't come I want to cancel and they tell me oh you have to wait till tomorrow you have to give it a try I said I want to cancel now because I paid extra for shipping again shipping early. Oh sir we're going to escalate this to the escalation department I said wow really she said yes because you're a valued customer I said you know what they're Filipina I said two days ago in the other package didn't come it's already been escalated and I was supposed to get a phone call and they wanted to talk to me but I never got a phone call. I said you know you keep treating customers like this especially with Amazon getting rid of workers and trying to automate everything you can't even get packages to customers with the workers how are you going to automate and make this thing better so anyways that's my rave about Amazon I'm just fed up and I'm going to start ordering what I can on walmart.com. whenever I order from Walmart I always get it. Disgusting way this company treats disabled people. Numerous times spent on chats complaining about not receiving my products now coming up for a few months. Seller has taken money off me. Amazon associates tell me they deal with it making promises, the. for me to be on chats for an hour at a time and then told no one has done anything. Any evidence I provided have not been processed. Now had I not contacted today, I would be none the wiser to the fact that the last associate did nothing to escalate or refund me. Time and time again associates do not read notes and repeatedly have me going over prior chats all because of not being bothered. It is a disgusting way to treat anyone. I have again been on for over an hour to be told I need to wait yet another 7 days for result. I am now on hardship as I do not have my refund.

My Amazon parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday 13th February. It was left in front of my door on Wednesday 11th February. The delivery person recorded it as “the package was handed to the customer”. Anybody would have taken the parcel. This is unacceptable. Amazon claimed I never returned an item, I sent them the postal receipt, still nothing, moving forward, I finally got them into court, their lawyers claimed that I had the wrong address for Amazon, I had used the British address Amazon uses as their headquarters in Britain, their lawyers claimed that I should have taken Amazon to court in Luxembourg, where Amazon is registered, the judge dismissed my case because the details I provided was wrong, and I was referred to Amazon in Luxembourg if I wanted to sue them, so much for honesty and integrity.

am extremely disappointed in Amazon's "Leadership Team." Since December 15th, 2025, I have been trying to resolve a warranty claim for an LG OLED TV with severe burn-in (Order #171-3613740-3625950).
Despite providing:
1. High-resolution photos of the defect.
2. A verified LG Case Number (CNU251222188417) with a verbal repair quote of €550.
Amazon refuses to provide any remedy (repair, replacement, or refund). They hide behind a bureaucratic requirement for a "PDF quote" which the manufacturer does not provide without upfront fees—fees that are unreasonable for a product that is clearly an economic total loss.
Amazon's "A-to-z Guarantee" is a hollow promise. They are systematically ignoring EU Directive 2019/771 and Dutch consumer law. A "Senior Management" review resulted in nothing but automated, circular responses. Avoid high-value purchases here if you expect any form of after-sales service.
