Clearly a used battery

Clearly a used battery. I love my Kindle Voyage and noticed the battery life was waning. I wanted to buy a replacement battery from ifixit but they didn’t have any in stock. I figured I would give this company a try.

I was a little skeptical about whether the battery was new because I noticed when installing it that there was a piece of black tape toward the top of the battery. I peeled it back and saw that there was some word at the top that had been scribbled out with a black Sharpie. I couldn’t tell what it said, but I figured that maybe this reseller just didn’t want me to know who the manufacturer was because I might try to order directly next time.

I installed the supposedly new battery and found that the battery life is about the same or even a little worse than the battery I had before. The battery should be lasting for about six weeks, assuming use of about 30 mins per day. I was at 100% this morning, used it for maybe 30-45 mins today, and I’m down to 74% already. If this were a heavy reading day it would have gone down to zero.

I want a refund.

Fast and accurate

The service was great. A representative contacted me to advise me that there were three different batteries available and sent a picture of the one I needed. I was able to change the order to get the battery I needed. Within a week I had the replacement battery. I will reccomend en.uaebattery to anyone asking for help in replacing a battery
