Absolutely shocking service. They just cancelled our order and then said we could reorder if we wanted to receive the items. They said it was due to a system error. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered and then they cancelled again without telling us and said that it was because the colour we wanted wasn't in stock. They didn't email to ask us if we wanted a different colour before cancelling the order. You only get one customer service response per day so don't expect quick communication. Terrible company, just order what you want from somewhere else. It's not worth the stress of dealing with this awfully run company.

FX-RM2060PRO, barely used it because I was never happy with it. Strong engine but cutting grass very high, drive push was not catching properly so I was not even in the mood to use it. The structure is extremely fragile, handle broke at one side. Terrible quality! Would never buy anything from this brand. In a nutshell, it just looks nice.

I purcahased a Fuxtec lawnmower last year 2024, it has broken down, I tried contacting Fuxtec via their website for spares and relevant item codes for the parts i require as heir user manual only has limited items listed, the parts i require are not listed.
They do not even have a spares dept...correct, they do not have a spares dept that can replace an item for a lawnmower that is just over one year old.
They cannot even supply a list of outlets that sell their lawnmowers either, so basically, i have a one year old lawnmower that is stuffed.
I honestly with my experience of this company would not buy one item of anything from them ever again...BECAUSE THEY AS A COMPANY ARE TOTALLY USELESS.

They sold me machinery to my place in Ireland, and now refuse to sell me spare parts to Ireland. Claiming there are logistical and customs barriers. Idiotic, Ireland is in the E.U. , so there are NO customs barriers, and ALL main delivery services supply us here unlimited, such as DHL, DPD, UPS and GLS.
The Fuxtec "Customer Support" is NO support.

I receive the Bollerwagen used and sun protection was not fitted. Very disappointed and they refused to send me a label for the return. I suppose to pay 51€ to send it back

Got a lawnmower and part broken contacted Fuxtec And item was replaced within two days.

I bought my first Fuxtec PS-152 grass trimmer at least 10 years ago and I enjoyed using it to maintain my olive trees orchard. I had minor problems of course but nothing major all this years. Then the machine started showing signs of fatigue so I decided to go for a new one PS162. Unfortunately this one after less than a year stopped working. Oficial Fuxtec service exchanged some carburettor parts and spark plug and charged me almost 50 € . Claiming that Warranty doesn't cover such repair

First of all the review is NOT on the product quality, as I never receive it, but on the customer service and logistic service.
Long story short.
Order purchased on 02/08 with delivery expected within 10 working days.
Material shipped on 05/08 from Germany and arrived in Milan logistic center on 10/08.
Since then nothing happened.
I asked several times when should I expect to receive the material and the customer service replied that "they are not the forwarder and they cannot be responsible for the delay" (email sent from them on 20/08.)
After almost 15 emails exchange, some of them really embarassing, I final use the option of reject the material and ask for rembursement.
Also this was managed in a not accurate way as the payback done was wrong and I had to ask for a correction.
The only good point is that they refund me completely.
Now I'll buy elsewhere the material I was supposed to buy from Fuxtec and I won't buy any longer from Fuxtec.
All of this, together with the emails sent, should be used as part of continuos improvement process for the company.
Everything I wrote has emails supporting it.

Everything is smooth when placing an order. You will be kept up to date on shipping progress. The product it self is very good at this price point

Gardener for over 20 years and was finally fed up with being ripped off by Stihl and Husqvarna and decided to take a chance with Fuxtec after doing some research and so glad I did. The quality and performance matches all the other brands and then the added bonuses that each tool I have bought has to offer is amazing.

I bought a fuxtec hedge trimmer it worked great for three weeks the difficult to start /run,but when I contacted Fuxtec Germany they were very helpful and totally refunded the total cost , with in a few days .excellent after care

Extremely fast delivery and everything was in perfect order.

The carrier made a mistake in delivery and FUXTEC managed it perfectly and transparently

Purchased the 4 in 1 Multitool around 2 years ago and the metal attachment to fit the different ends had cracked (used the Multitool a hand full of times) I contact the customer services team who have now advised me that they do not have spare parts available in the UK. I asked if I could call them in Germany and pay for the part and shipping and got fobbed off. so a nearly £200.00 item is now useless.
I would consider buying elsewhere due to the number of negative and faulty item reviews I have seen on Trustpilot and if you do have any issues they don't have parts available.

Hedge trimmer works well and is easy to start and handle. When a minor problem developed Fuxtec responded quickly and positively. Fuxtec offered to replace the faulty item which I was happy with, to be advised that it was not available. They offered a full replacement which was dispatched and delivered within two days of accepting their offer. Great customer service and communication.

I bought a battery powered lawnmower last spring and all was great at the start. Unfortunately the mower simply stopped working mid mow a few weeks ago and refused to start. I contacted the company and was sent a return label within a couple of days. Following the return of the lawnmower to the manufacturer I waited only a brief time before an email informed me that the repair department had recommended a full replacement of the device. This brand new lawnmower arrived five days later. Notwithstanding the mower not lasting very long I cannot fault the response of the company to my problem and would have no hesitation in ordering from them in the future.

I'm using Fuxtec product more than 10 Years and they works without any problems. They are robust, reliable and ful consumtion is according their power!
