Solent House fitted the bill perfectly.

Great communications with all at the Big House Experience especially Liz. Quick responses to all the questions we had.
We celebrated my birthday with all the family. Solent House fitted the bill perfectly.
Lots of bedrooms and huge dinning room for us all to eat together. The outside dinning area was perfect for a BBQ and my grandchildren loved the hot tube.
On a rainy morning the children want to use the PlayStation and DVD, but neither could be found but they entertained themselves playing hide and seek.
The owner was very helpful allowing the early arrivals to park on the drive and let us into the house early as well.
Excellent location minutes from park, beach, pier and local shops and restaurants.

Great customer service and communication.

Hedge trimmer works well and is easy to start and handle. When a minor problem developed Fuxtec responded quickly and positively. Fuxtec offered to replace the faulty item which I was happy with, to be advised that it was not available. They offered a full replacement which was dispatched and delivered within two days of accepting their offer. Great customer service and communication.

Daikin Service Dept. Incompetent & a Shambles

As other reviews if there had been an option for zero stars that’s what I would leave. Our air source heat pump broke down on the 16 November with an error code L5 00. Here we on the 9 December still without heating. We finally had confirmation that an engineer would be attending on the 29 November. Contacting the service department to check that parts had been ordered that are related to the error code I was told that the engineer would need to visit first to ascertain what the fault was! A few days before our appointment parts were delivered unannounced. On the appointment day the engineer informed us that the PCB was the wrong one and not even for our unit, and that the compressor was damaged. The engineer fitted the compressor after some adjustments the pipes in the hope that it was the faulty part, unfortunately it wasn’t. The engineer contacted the service department to report the problems and advised that he had found a replacement PCB locally and to order it and have it delivered. After several calls, emails, and complaints we discovered that the PCB had not been ordered and was only ordered on the 5 December. Calling the following day to get a delivery date, the service depart couldn’t confirm when it would be delivered but it was coming from Belgium! Checking if an engineer had been allocated, we were advised that an engineer would not be available until after Christmas. I suggested that the services department was incompetent and, in a shambles, it was agreed that was the case. There seems to be no sense of urgency or prioritising work, after all it was Daikin that ordered the wrong part and took over a week to reorder the PCB. We have family coming for Christmas, but we may have to cancel if the heating isn’t fix. Come Daikin get yourself sorted out and get my heating fixed as a matter of urgency and before Christmas.
