return process was very easy. Excelent Customer service

I needed to return a product that was not working and the customer service was very good and efficient. I had lost the invoice and the order number, ad they retrieved them for me in a minute.. Also the label was sent immediately. Now I hope my return is processed and that I get a replacement product
