Perhaps more clarity on the firmness level on the website would help. Still, a great purchase.

Love the water filters for my Maxtra water filter. They are fraction of the price of original Maxtra filters but do the same job, so thanks to Kaffepro for selling them :)

Reason for 3 stars is the following: I ordered a wrong product by mistake and immediately contacted Kaffepro. I wrote them an email and called them (their phone number isn't working because of "high traffic") about it. I got an email response after my package already got shipped and no one told me how I could return it. I didn't get a return label in the packaging nor the support told me how I can return the item I've ordered by mistake. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to be able to get info on how I can return the items, since that's why I wrote them originally.

The filters arrived VERY quickly, well packaged and exactly as described. Good prices and great service!
