Total deception and theft ! I ordered the products leaf and I received another brand which is not the one ordered. It’s been over one week that I did my reclaim and no answer received. Really bad customer service and no support at all. I do not advise it!

I ordered a micro infusion kit on Leaf Cosmetics website on 2nd February, after being influenced by ads on Facebook. One week later, I received a totally different Serum named Hoygi with roll on needles that injured my cheeks. There was no instruction included in the package, so how can one trust this kind of product? On top of that, it is even sold 3 times cheaper on Amazon or Ali Express.
So I tried to contact their Customer Service by phone and sent a claim by email to ask for refund. Haven't received any answer so far. Beware of these thieves!

You never delivered, theses orders

I have post a review already about this , I just want to warn people that this is a scam. You pay for a product and they sent you something totally different and off no value. You get no refund and no apology from the company. They are Thieves

I have ordered 2 facemasks on the 28th january and paid for the express delivery so i can get them in 2-3 days.

i have still not received them and instead i get an email to say my order is delayed.

When i contacted customer service to get my express delivery refunded and an update on my order status, they simply sent me an email with an offer to use before the end of the week, on a minimum of £40!!! Are you guys on a different planet??
I haven’t received my first order and you think i’ll want to order some more?!!

Bow i understand why the comment function on their IG account is disabled.. it would only be unhappy customers!

Do not waste your time and money!! It’s a scam

I have ordered my masks end of November but never got them. They were delivered at some delivery point and returned to Leaf before I got the chance to pick them up! I’ve been trying to get my money back ever since!
This is stealing!

I placed my order on dec 21st - received a tracking number that is unknown on the tracking system - send several emails to the customer service to know about the status of my order, never got back to me. Very disappointed for my first order !! be aware before buying.

After my first comment - they just answered that i can contact them through the form. I did it 3 Times ans never got a response !
Meanwhile a week ago i received a messag from mail services informant that i ha e to pay a 60€ tax to import my 20€ order ! Of course i will not and retire the parcel - unbelivable and i was so excited to test the masks

Products packaged in a plastic trashbag in a bad condition.
And after reading all the “ bio collagen” masks ingredients… it’s FULL of propylene glycol, polyurethan, chloride potassium…. All bad for health and skin !
Never put that on your face!
All my products goes to trash directly!
So don’t buy or you lose your health or your money!

Order never received. I have sent several emails but they have just been ignoring me so far. I'd already ordered once with them and was very happy with the masks received so I decided to order more products from leaf cosmetics. I never received my second oder and impossible to get in touch with them. Very sad...

LEAF PRODUCT NO DELIVERY. Beware of brands advertized on Pinterest: the Leaf order was not delivered. Allegedly tried to deliver without success and the product was sent back, the customer service does not follow up. So far, after weeks, no product and no reimbursment, with no answer from customer services. Do not buy this brand, they are not serious.

I’ve placed the order #152118 with masks and other products 45 days ago. Still haven’t received anything. Have written 2 emails to customer service. No answer. Very disappointing. I do not recommend Leaf to anyone.

⚠️ Warning about Leaf Cosmétique – Very Disappointed

I want to share my experience with Leaf Cosmétique because this website is not reliable.
I placed an order of €130 on October 27th, and to this day I have not received the products and I have not been refunded.

Their customer service has been extremely difficult to reach, and when they finally reply by email, the answers are not satisfactory. They even told me to contact the delivery company myself. I provided all the information and numbers they asked for, yet I received no solution.

According to them, it’s “not their fault” and they have “too many orders.” This is unacceptable for a serious company.
The customer service is zero, and I am very frustrated and angry with how this has been handled.

I am requesting a full refund of my order, which should have been done a long time ago.

I do not recommend ordering from Leaf Cosmétique.

I never received my order, and never received any refund. Impossible to get in touch with them. They are promoting Black Friday Offers at the moment that are the exact same price as if it was not Black Friday. It's a SCAM and I reported it to NCSC.

Never got for what I paid!!! Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before but this is indeed a scam. They never send the products and keep the money.
This website should be shut down. Positive reviews are fake!!

Two main points to cover: the mask itself and the terrible delivery service.
1. The mask
It doesn’t fit well around the nose area and doesn’t cover the lower part of my face properly. I’m an average European size M. The mask never turned transparent, and I didn’t notice any of the results they claim in their advertising. It seems like this isn’t actually a French company — they probably buy masks from China, rebrand them, and resell them. I didn’t see any difference compared to regular sheet masks I buy for 4 euros.

2. Delivery service (Cainiao)
The delivery person found my mailbox but deliberately left the package on the ground! I was lucky my neighbour happened to see it and noticed my name. On top of that, he left me a rude message: “Indicate your flat number!!! This is THE LAST time I deliver to you!”
I had already provided all the necessary information when placing the order, and he should have had my phone number in case of any questions. I contacted Cainiao, and their response was: “Since your package was delivered, we see no issue.”

So apparently, for them, it’s acceptable to leave rude notes and drop parcels on the floor. Never again.

Loved the feel after removing the mask but application was a bit messy and sheet doesn’t fit on nose area .

If I could put 0 stars I would. I have orders some collagene masks back in September, never received them... I have been writing 3 emails since then to ask where my order is as in the tracking it doens't show anything. They have answered to the second, saying they will come back to me but they never did. Avoid at all cost. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Following my review the company proceeded with the refund. I have now been entirely refunded.
(Disastrous company. I ordered on September 9th, never received my order, asked for a refund. They claimed my order was delivered, sent me a link to prove it. The order had been delivered to someone in Canada and I live in the UAE!! DISHONEST AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY)
