The material is not good, it feels super cheap and actually the fit is not good. Sizes are small and the fabric doesn’t look like in the pictures. very disappointing.

Unfortunately, I placed an order with them today. Due to an apparent issue in the app, my default delivery address was ignored and the package was sent to an address where I no longer live.
I contacted customer support within three minutes of placing the order, but the response was unhelpful. The representative repeatedly stated that the order had already been packed by automated systems, rather than addressing the delivery issue or exploring whether any corrective action was possible.
As a result, I am now concerned that the package may be delivered to a stranger and I will lose my money.

Hi! Loavies was such a nice find for me.
The online store is easy to use, and the styles are modern and very much my vibe.
I ordered a pair of black statement pants and earrings, and I honestly love them. The pants fit really well and look great in real life, even better than in the photos. They instantly upgrade the whole outfit.
The earrings are the perfect finishing touch – simple, but still eye-catching.

Overall, a very good shopping experience, and definitely not my last order from Loavies 🤍

Do not attempt to purchase from this brand if you are UK based and may need to return items.

The process for returns may look simple in the website but it doesn’t match to the actual customer experience. Despite going back and forth over a number of weeks it seems there is no support in providing me with a label to return items from the UK.

Loavies suggest I return at my own cost (approx £50 quoted for a European destination ) and they will then return the cost of items and postage. I’m nervous to do this based on infrequent miscommunication.

I was assured this would be resolved. It has not. I’m warning customers in the UK so you can avoid the same hassle.

I had a really positive shopping experience with Loavies. The website was easy to navigate, the product descriptions were clear, and the sizing information was accurate, which made choosing items simple. I was really surprised that the delivery is super quick. After looking at the reviews, all the packaging kept everything in perfect condition and the clothes matched the pictures online and looked with very good quality. Overall, I appreciated the smooth process and reliability.

I ordered a pair of sandals that had been out of stock for months, and was thrilled to finally see them available in my size. I placed my order, received the on-screen confirmation (which I even screenshot), and was told I’d get a confirmation email — but that email never arrived.

After hearing nothing, I contacted the customer service team via email, but received no timely reply. I eventually used the live chat, only to be told my order hadn’t actually gone through. They apologised and offered me a discount code, but it was useless — the sandals were now out of stock again and won’t be restocked before my holiday.

After weeks of waiting, I’m left with nothing but frustration. Very poor service and communication. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company.

First you gave korting my first order from app, after when I went to pay discount disappeared!

I love shopping at Loavies but my last purchase was disappointing. I ordered a light yellow t-shirt, product I received... but in deplorable hygienic conditions: the smell omg, it smelled like armpits, as if someone had used it and then decided to return it. I tried to contact by different mails to CS but the answers have been really late and without results. Don't get me wrong, loavies has a really cool wardrobe but for the prices I paid for each garment, I don't think I deserve a second hand t-shirt smelling worse than the gym.

I love shopping at Loavies because their collections are trendy, colorful, vibrant, and of great quality. I also give high marks to their customer service—it's efficient and friendly.

I ordered a white dress for my daughter. Never received the package. After 14 days I wrote customer service who claimed to follow up and the package was on the way. 1 week later I received a pair of sun glasses?!?? I complained and customer service informed me that the case was closed because the sunglasses had arrived even though I ordered a white dress for my daughter. All my kind follow up and guidance to order numbers was completely ignored.
This looks like a fraud company
