Clothes were appalling low quality, not even sewn together correctly. Lied about the shipping times and refused my return. I am now lumbered with clothes not worthy of giving to charity having lost a lot of money. Total rip off AVOID

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Zero resolution for a return, where the customer also has to pay €8 for!

Cheap looking clothes from shein. Bunch of high school girls that are scamming people left and right. They don’t want to pay out refunds

I ordered two dresses and sent them back because they weren’t what I was looking for. Then when I never received my money back I messaged mostwanted via whatsapp and they kept telling me I should contact the bank because allegedly they gave the money back but they didn’t. Never ordering there again…

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. First of all, returns are paid, which really annoys me. I return the package at my own expense, losing €16. I use their return label properly. The tracking shows that Most Wanted redirected the package to a new address. I email customer service, providing the tracking number and proof of return, and the person asks me incomprehensible questions, only to finally ask why the package was redirected. THAT'S EXACTLY WHY I'M WRITING TO YOU!!! What is this return address you gave me? Is it a fake address? This site reeks of a scam, it's unbelievable. HORRIBLE.

They give misinformation about shorts, turned out to be cheap seethrough fabric. Absolutely worthless. Returning leaves no other option than to pay DHL 6.75 euro added by the costs for sending 4,95 euro. Never order again at ' MOST wanted

Ordered a dress in pre-order in week 21, which would (estimated) arrive in week 23. Plenty of time for my birthday this weekend. It's week 25 now, still didn't receive an email that it was sent. Contacted customer service today and they just told me they can deliver it in week 27 and that it can happen that a delivery is 'somewhat´ delayed...

Awful experience, stay away from this website. I bought a pair of jeans that were not in pre-order, website said that they would have shipped the same day but after over a week, I didn’t get any shipping notification. Contacted the customer service twice, they told me it would have been shipped a few days later, which did not happen. The second time they said the shipping time would depend on the speed of production, an issue that should not affect products that are not pre-order and should already be available. I still don’t know when I will receive what I order. I will not buy again from them and do not recommend this website to anyone.

The metallic colored cowboy boots are NOT worth the price. Wore them 1 day and the color came off.

I bought them second hand (received them as new) but after walking one day on them they were basicly ruined. The color underneath the metallic is black, so it looks very ugly and obvious when it comes off.

Glad I didn't buy them for the original price, but for the people who are considering buying these, please don't!

I ordered cowboy boots in the color green. After one night to an event I already saw white stains. On this places the color faided away.
Price and quality is not what you except.

Very bad quality clothing. Feels super cheap and dresses are very itchy on the neckline. Awful clothing for those prices! Just cheap clothes from china. SHEIN has much better quality for half of the money.

The bag I bought was in excelent condition. It was like new. And the price I paid was very good. The item was well packaged and arrived within days of ordering. Communication was exceptional. Well done . Its great to receive such great service. Would definatly buy from this company again.

Poor communication. Ordered package which due to problems from their side has not been delivered for 3 weeks, when raising this only response that I have to wait even longer. Promised that it will be sent at the beginning of the week and again not. They offer no way of accommodation. Bad way of dealing with your customers.

Four weeks ago (yes, you read that correctly) I ordered a package from Most Wanted. I was aware that this was on backorder and that it would be delivered in week 41 at the latest. It is now week 41 and no package was delivered. I contacted customer service about this at the beginning of week 41, but received a vague answer that it would arrive this week. This wasn't the case! I don't mind waiting for my package, just don't promise things you can't keep Most Wanted. I am very disappointed and will not order again..

The delivery is very fast! I ordered a set, but there was a huge color difference between the pantalon and the blazer. When I emailed them, I got a quick response. Whatsoever they differed a bit, first they said it can happen with other sets too, then they said that it is not supposed to have a color difference. When I returned the items, because it was not what I expected, I still had to pay around 7 euros to return it.

I kept a blazer because I liked it, the fabric is soft. However, it has so many wrinkles and it doesn’t go out. In that sense it is shipped wrongly, because it arrived like this.

Poor quality clothes, which can be returned against insanely high return fees. Fast delivery though, yet overall disappointed. Would not recommend.

Made my first order with MW and unfortunately I am very disappointed.
After not hearing anything I phoned the customer service to see the status of my order and they told me that one of my items are in "backorder" so it's out of stock, only once they receive the item again they will be able to send out the rest of my parcel, I told them to leave that item out of my package and proceed with sending my parcel. The lady said it would be shipped that same day. Two days later I still haven't received any mail etc.... I decided to phone again and the lady of customer services said there's another item that's in "backorder" gosh again without letting me know of anything. How can you sell more items than what you actually have, that is crazy. Now I have to wait 14 days to hopefully receive the item I really want because its out of stock. I am so disappointed in the ways of MW and their communication.

After 4 months of regular usage, my beloved Lexi sneakers are falling apart on the outside as well as the inside. Unfortunately this product comes with only 2 month warranty, so the only solution CS could offer me was to ‘go to a shoemaker :)’
