I have bought a couch from them and after that I bought a Caro puf in the same color to match with the couch. The products came in different colors and after contacting them about it, they came with the answer that it's the same color but it looks different because of the light. I said that I want to return the Caro puf and apparently I have to pay for the return even if it's their mistake. Unfortunately I cannot upload a picture so everyone can see that the products are different colors.

My recent experience with moderno.dk has been deeply frustrating and unacceptable.
According to their website, customer inquiries are answered within 24 hours. This has never been the case in my experience. Responses consistently took longer than 24 hours, often significantly longer.
I placed an order on 29 November during the Black Friday promotion and paid the full amount immediately. The delivery time stated next to the specific mattress I ordered was 10 days. On 1 December, I received a notification that the order was being processed. However, on 10 December—almost two weeks later—I was informed by customer service that the product was discontinued and not available at all.
At that point, I was offered two options:
Choose another mattress, or
Receive a refund
Both options were effectively useless. Black Friday deals were long gone, meaning a refund would leave me unable to find a comparable offer elsewhere. The alternative mattresses offered at a similar price point (around 3,000 DKK) were significantly worse in terms of height, number of comfort zones, and materials. A closer alternative (still inferior to my original choice) was priced at nearly 4,000 DKK.
When I pointed out that I was being forced into a worse deal solely due to their delay and inventory failure, I was offered a 5% discount. This hardly compensates for paying more for a worse product. To make matters worse, I was told that the new delivery time would now be 20 days, despite the website still stating 10 days.
I have now spent over a week going back and forth via email, waiting more than 24 hours for each response, with no meaningful solution. Their customer service opening hours are also extremely limited—only 3 days a week for 2 hours—which explains a lot.
I regret not reading the Trustpilot reviews before ordering. After reading them now, this experience unfortunately aligns perfectly with what others describe.
I strongly recommend reading reviews carefully before doing business with moderno.dk.
UPDATE: I have to say even though the answers take a long time, the customer service itself is quite ok, I manage to get a price match, since I found the same product for a bit cheaper price from a different shop. Still it is a shame we had to go trhough this whole process, it could have been easily avioded just by providing the information sooner. MIchał did a good job at finding solutions that he was able to provide me with. A bit frustrating proccess but we struck a deal that I can be a bit happy about (still getting inferior product for a higher price.
UPDATE 2: On the 18th of December I have paid the difference between my original order ( done 28th of November) and the new mattress. I was informed it will take 20 days to deliever the new mattress even though it says 10 on the page. Well now it is 23rd of January and guess what, status on the order is from 19th of December that they are processing the order and thats it. Almost 2 months from my orignial order I am stil without the product and I ahd to pay 500DKK plus due to their mistake with stock. Never again. 2 stars just because when you finally reach customer service they are actually nice and try to help. Otherwise I would put 0 if I could.
Further updates and chanes to my rating will be possibly made after this matter is resolved and I recieve the product.

We bought a Nord II TV Bord and I have to say I’m very satisfied with the quality of the furniture, the shipping (it took a couple more days than what they state on the website -1 to 2 days-) but still super fast. The delivery crew was super nice and I’ve never seen an unassembled furniture so well and carefully packed to avoid scratches and damage. So much better than ikea or Jysk. We are very happy with the results and I’d order again.

The site had some negative reviews. I did some researh on Moderno before I placed my order. It didn't turn up anything which suggested it to be scam site. Along with the "e-trust" label I felt
confident enough to place an order.
They will with draw the money for the order, before it is sent out for delivery. Only thing which worried me a little bit.
I got the SENSI II reclinig chair. The estimated delivery was spot on. quality of chari matched the images and specs on their site. In short, my placed order matched the expectations I could form from their webshop.
The Moderno delivery crew even helped me carry the chair inside. Nice :D

**Avoid this company at all costs – unreliable, unprofessional, and dismissive of customers.**
I ordered two mattresses (which turned out to be thin topper-style mattresses, not proper ones). Delivery was scheduled between 13:00–16:00. No tracking link was provided, meaning you are left completely in the dark about where your order actually is.
At 15:50, I contacted customer service to explain that I had to leave at 16:00 sharp. Their response: *“they will be there soon.”* No apology, no accountability.
The driver finally called me at 17:30 – a full 1.5 hours after the confirmed delivery window – and told me he would arrive in another 35 minutes. By this point, I had already wasted half a day off work and over 5.5 hours at my summerhouse waiting.
When the order finally arrived, one of the mattresses was visibly damaged and looked used. I immediately contacted customer service, explained the situation, and requested a refund. Their “solution”? That I personally schedule a return, block out another 3-hour delivery slot, drive another hour, and hand over the defective product before receiving any compensation. Meanwhile, I am left with no mattress at all.
This is unacceptable. A serious company would take responsibility, not punish the customer for their mistakes. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic service is shocking.
Save yourself the frustration. Spend your money elsewhere – this company cannot be trusted.
