Good products, bad shopping experience
Good products, but unbelievably incompetent customer service coupled with bad IT - stock showing up as available, when it‘s not. Constantly getting automated emails that my return has not yet arrived, while I simultaneously email with a customer service rep about which exchanges I want for my return (that arrived at their warehouse weeks ago). They not reacting until I push them, telling me they didn’t contact me, because one of the products I wanted in exchange wasn’t available anymore and there was no production scheduled (where they going to wait until next year, when a new production starts) to contact me?).
