Service was just okay

Service was just okay. The return shuttle took way too long, and the price didn't feel worth it for the experience. Probably won't use The Parking Spot again.

Sham prepaid parking

We prepaid for parking at Oakland’s Park n Fly location 5 days ago. When we arrived with out QR code, the lot attendant informed us they do not accept ParkrideFly USA vouchers. They said it’s a scam. We checked the website and there is no phone number. The customer service email bounced back as invalid.

Was not a good experience

I would not recommend ParkRideFly (parkrideflyusa.com) / Park N Fly (pnf.com).
I booked through ParkRideFly and communicated with Park N Fly.
I made my reservation about 2 weeks before my trip. It directed me to drop my car at a hotel near the airport. When I arrived at the hotel at 5 am to drop my car, it was locked. There was no way to contact a person at the parking company. After many, many phone calls to the hotel reservation number, I found out that the hotel was undergoing renovations and was not participating in the airport parking program. I rushed back to the airport to park and barely made my flight.
When I returned home from my trip I contacted ParkRideFly / Park N Fly, they agreed to refund my pre-payment. However, the next day I was notified by my bank that the refund had been cancelled by ParkRideFly / Park N Fly.
That was it. I will never use them again.
I disputed the charge on my card and received the refund.
I’m very disappointed that AARP would recommend this service.
Not a good experience.

They took my money and there wasn’t a…

Terrible experience They took my money and there wasn’t a number to call and cancel my reservation. Just an email, I never received a response and I was unable to verify my reservation, the money was deducted from my account.

I made my reservation yesterday even

I made my reservation yesterday even, which was a challenge in it self. The site would not take my information, as I was entering it, I had to keep entering it until it accepted my information. I try to use my AARP card for a discount, didn't work, paid full price. I then printed out my reservation confirmation, it did not have a printed bar code, and also for parker it had the wrong state.
I try calling the number provided, more then 10 times only to get an recording each time. And email didn't
work. I guess if I needed to cancel I'll just be out of luck, because some of my information will not match.

Rip off. They take your money but no parking space and they don’t respond

I bought a parking reservation for Sea-tac airport on this site. When I got to the parking lot at the airport the name of the lot and the address were not the same and the attendant said I needed a bar code to enter but there was no bar code on my reservation. I called the 1-866 number on the reservation and they were of no help. I had a plane to catch so I had to go to another lot and pay more. I emailed the company asking for a refund and their response was “no response”. Apparently this is their business model. I’m now disputing with my credit card company. Save yourself some aggravation and book elsewhere. This company takes your money and doesn’t provide a service. Who wants to take the chance of thinking they have a parking space at the airport and find out at the last minute they don’t, and now they have to scramble and find another parking lot at a much higher last minute price? Not to mention you’ve got a plane to catch so time is of the essence!

Avoid. No customer service, and I've lost nearly $100.

I prepaid for parking at an off-airport facility near Oakland Airport in California through this website. I paid in May for parking in July 2021. Near the time of our flight, I couldn't get the original email pdf to print, so I tried looking it up on their webpage. No can do. I called customer service, and was told by a person "we're having problems with our website, try later." In the meantime, i found a way to print the parking voucher. When I presented it at the site, they couldn't find it in their system. I made the flight, came back tried again-no go,tried calling customer service again and the number was not working. I called again, and the number was working, but only a recording was available telling me to email them, which I did. I was charged $95.46 for services I didn't get. I've emailed them, and am now disputing the charge through my credit card service. This has a scammy feeling about it...

I found it very frustrating that you…

I found it very frustrating that you don’t get a copy of voucher emailed to you and have to know reservation number to retrieve it from the site. I cannot sign on because it keeps telling me password is incorrect and I never got temporary password when tried to reset. If I could just retrieve a receipt email instead of all the ones asking to do this survey you would of gotten a better survey.

Very professional

Very professional, fast and friendly. Got us to the airport fast and picked us up promptly. Didn't have to worry about the traffic of getting in and out of the airport. Highly recommend this service.

Double Charged and Ignored

When I attempted to drop my car off at Blue Sky Parking (Chicago O’Hare), I was told that ParkRideFly was no longer affiliated with their parking garage anymore (after I prepaid for this service). Blue Sky also informed me I would need to pay them for the parking service and contact ParkRideFly for a refund. I’ve been trying to contact ParkRideFly for the past three days via email and phone to no avail... no response for either one. I used this service in the past with no issues so to say this is a disappointment is an understatement. If ParkRideFly is not affiliated with Blue Sky anymore, a heads up and a refund would’ve been great. As it stands, I’m being double charged for the same service and it doesn’t appear ParkRideFly has the integrity I thought they did or once did.. disappointing!

***** Premium service @ Park Ride Fly USA

***** Lowest rates @ Philly int’nal and trust me when I say, I did my research. Lol. Transaction was seamless from the ease of reservation, shuttle, departure, arrival, pick-up and prompt return delivery of your own vehicle. It was running & waiting for us when the shuttle pulled in. They packed our luggage back in the car & we were out of there in less than 5 minutes. I kid you not!!. Theee quickest service I’ve ever received at a park/fly business.

BETTER PARKING BUSINESSES OUT THERE

Guess you have to dispute it with credit card company, then find other parking service. Wish businesses would recognize that if you're calling, you would like to get more than an instruction on how you can spend EVEN more time completing what should be a simple request.

The Good and the Not-So-Good:
It took us at least a half hour, if not more, to find Aardwolf Parking which you steered me to online. My gps kept taking us to airport long term parking. When we called Aardwolf, the guy who answered the phone didn’t know directions!
Upon returning, the pick-up was quick and our car was ready.
