Delivery time was way longer!

Delivery time was way longer than what was stated on the website (ordered on Jan 27th, delivered on Feb 10th) where it says 2-5 days.
Website does not have any way to check status of an order.
They are not sending any email updates. You are getting a receipt, then nothing for days, and then tracking from DHL (but nowhere on that it says it is from them). And then question did you liked the order. Even before receiving it (dhl still shows it as on-route).
Print quality was OKish. Nothing special.

Great artwork

Quality of the item is fantastic & delivery time as expected. I had a couple of queries regarding my order, these were responded to quickly & resolved straight away. Would not hesitate using Printler again.

Unfinished framing.

The largest print hadn’t been put into the frame properly. I had to try and flatten the little metal clips angainst the sides of the frame and try to prise the back upwards with a knife so I could push the whole thing flat to the Perspex. Very annoying…however the quality is good and they were very well packed.

Art is great, printing was off center

The print itself was exactly what I was looking for. The paper was quality, the art was exceptional. I was put off, however, that it was printed off center, so trying to frame it as a gift was impossible. I ended up having to find some hanging magnetic frames at the last minute.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Bought several canvas, but my son didnt like them since they were not exactly as shown on Printlers website. Printler emidiately send a shipping code for return and returned my money quickly.

My son bought posters instead and they are of very high quality and looks so cool.
