Terrible. The dress took forever to arrive, and was awful! Trying to get a refund took weeks and weeks! I’d never use this company again.
The Company supplied on time exactly what was ordered and that is what makes a Customer continue with Silkfred. Very satisfied customer.
Love this site . Tried to place an order last week and found out they had now gone into administration . I’m gutted they’ve closed . Yet another company disappeared .
returned a dress that was nothing like the picture on september 26th to have my return acknowledged but no sign of refund and no way to contact them! recieved an email on 05/11/2025 to let me know they have gone into administration and will not be processing refunds!! absolutely sandless.

I returned an item from my order and had a notification 3 weeks ago to say it had been received. No refund has been issued and there is no response when I try to chase it. I'm absolutely fuming. Avoid like the plague!!!!
Unconscionable to be taking orders and accepting refunds to be sent back when they already knew they were not in a financial position to trade.

I was happy with the two dresses that I ordered but returned the one that I chose not to wear. It was received by you on 21 October but I am still waiting for a refund. I just feel that it is taking a bit long but apart from that your dresses are lovely and lots of choice.
I returned an item a month ago, I got an email to say they received it 3 weeks ago and I still have not received a refund. Every time I try to make contact is says they’re ’closed for maintenance’. I would avoid ordering anything for now. They used to be good so am not sure what’s happening
Dont like that you have to pay multiple delivery costs if they are coming from separate suppliers, there's no benefit to ordering from this platform especially when the individual suppliers can offer discounts.
Returned items over a month ago, have received confirmation that my refund has been authorised but still waiting for funds to be credited. Now well over their agreed timescales, app is down, website is down, no response on FB Messenger, have potentially gone into administration?
They have had my returns for over a month now and I’ve had an email on 10/10 saying they are processing my return and it will be with me shortly. Since then absolutely zero contact and say they are off line each time! I’ve contacted via Facebook and instagram and nothing! Do not buy from here!

I love silk fred for the range of items however I returned 2 items on 10th October , received acknowledgement of 1 received on 12th and the 2nd on 26th! No refund in sight.
Lovely dresses and very efficient in arriving. However, I returned some as they didn’t fit and I received an email a month ago to say they had been received but haven’t had a refund yet and can’t get on to the website or anything to contact them about it. This part is really disappointing and I really need it sorted out.
Far from happy with this website. I need to return a dress that is too small. Returns process is via the website which has shown the following for at least a week ‘ We're currently offline for maintenance. Please check back soon.’ Tried the confirmation email but that is no reply domain. Has this website gone bust.

Have always used SF in the past and no major issues. Ordered something on 25th Oct and it has now gone into a black hole. Website down, app not working so obviously something is going on. Have had no response via email or social media. Don't buy.
I cannot get in touch with Silkfred in order to get information in order to return the dress l purchased. It just need a return slip and label but when l try to get onto your emails it says closed due to maintenance. This has been over several days now and l will run out of time to return the goods.
