Nosotros intentamos enviar los pedidos inmediatamente después de que se introduzcan en el sistema o, en el caso de los pedidos realizados después de las 12 del mediodía, al siguiente día laborable.
No podemos garantizar el servicio de atención al cliente del transportista, pero nuestro servicio de atención al cliente se esfuerza por responder a cada ticket en un plazo de 24 horas y ofrecer ayuda y asistencia a los clientes.

Have tried 3 times to finish my purchase, and they finish the process before y can proceed with payment using my credit card, despite i have selected that payment method. Then they insist on try other methods. This smells like a scam.

Lamentamos el malentendido y que aún no puedas ver ninguna información sobre el movimiento del envío en tu seguimiento.
Su pedido ya está en camino desde nuestro almacén en Eslovaquia. El transporte a España lo realiza un transportista internacional externo, por lo que el movimiento aún no aparece en el sistema del transportista español, que solo verá el envío cuando llegue al país. Hoy ya puede verlo en el enlace de seguimiento.
En el correo electrónico de envío le indicamos la fecha de entrega prevista, que es el 8-9 de diciembre de 2025. Por el momento, no hay indicios de que se vaya a producir ningún retraso.
Confiamos en que el envío llegue a tiempo y en buen estado.
