Got wrong product, paid whole price, no refund or exchange
I didn't get the filters I ordered but another wrong product. I wrote to their "customer service" 3 times in the span of 3 weeks to let them know that I paid a full price for a premium product and got the wrong items delivered. I asked them to provide me with a return address label so that I can send the items back and they can send me the correct product that I ordered. It has been a month now, I haven't heard a word yet. That's 1400 NOK down the drain. I would never recommend this seller to anyone!
