This company is currently withholding $551.4375 in affiliate commission, despite their own dashboard clearly showing that the balance is 100% eligible for payout.
According to my affiliate panel:
Pending Balance: $551.4375
Minimum payout requirement: $10
Status: 100% completed
497 users referred
264 users upgraded
No payout has ever been made (“You have not cashed out any credits yet”)
All referrals and upgrades were fully tracked and accepted by their system. If the traffic or advertising method had violated any policy, these conversions should have been rejected or flagged immediately — not approved, recorded, and accumulated as payable commission.
The company later claimed that there was an advertising violation on July 25, 2025, which makes no sense because my affiliate account was created in October 2025. They also claimed to provide evidence, but the link they sent does not open any image or proof — it redirects elsewhere with no visible evidence.
Even more concerning: if a brand keyword or ads violation was truly detected on that date, why was my account not suspended or warned immediately? Why were referrals and upgrades still accepted? Why was no email sent at the time? Only after significant conversions were generated did the company decide to withhold the commission.
From my experience, this appears to be a case of retroactively using unclear policy claims to avoid paying earned affiliate commissions.
As of now, $551.43 remains unpaid. I strongly advise affiliates to proceed with caution.

While our dashboard tracks referrals in real-time, all withdrawals are contingent upon mandatory ID verification . Your verification was unsuccessful because our system identified a link to a previously blacklisted profile.
Although your current account was opened in October, it was associated with a prior account suspended in July 2025 for prohibited keyword bidding. This existing violation of our Terms of Service is why your current identity could not be verified for payment.
Following a manual audit, our Compliance Team confirmed that your recent referrals were not gathered organically and were obtained through methods that breach our affiliate agreement.
Please note that "eligible" status on the dashboard is always subject to a successful security check; it does not guarantee payment if the traffic is found to be in violation of our policies.
Because these funds were generated through prohibited methods and linked to a previously banned user, we cannot authorize the withdrawal.
