Lets start our own delivery service

Said they tried to deliver, they didn’t, filled in my details for my delivery over 5 times, still didn’t work, the people might be great but the tech isn’t, then again Postnord is even worse, the person whom will crack the *delivery egg* will make fortunes

Big hassle

If I can avoid choosing Bring to deliver my package, I will. This time however, it was the senders’s choice and I couldn’t change it. And as expected, it did not come to the packet box I chose due to the excuse that it was full and was delivered somewhere else far from where I live. This happened couple of times before with another excuse that no one was home when but we were actually home waiting for the delivery to come. It did not and we had to drive really far to pick up a kid wagon despite selecting home delivery. This time I had to bike long in snowstorm to get the package.

This is by far one of the worst…

This is by far one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. If you can’t deliver on the date you promise (TWICE) at least have the basic decency to communicate with the customer. Two failed deliveries without explanation is not a mistake, it’s incompetence.
I arranged my schedule around these deliveries twice. Completely wasted time. Zero accountability. Zero transparency. Just a vague status update and no responsibility taken.
I would not trust this company with anything important. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Avoid if you value your time.

Shipping and Taste

I loved that the communication was clear and constant, I got the appropriate amount of information and I didn’t feel confused or nervous about the package as someone who almost never orders online! The shipping came exactly as said and the protein tasted amazing as I expected:)
