Terrible Service (Possible Scam?)

Terrible Service, Lies & Just One Big Scam

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, one for Distance & one for Computer use, as this is what I was told by my Optician. I made my order on the 3rd and was told delivery would be today (Wednesday 11th). The order status however? Still on "Order Received". Not once did a receive any other emails from the company other than multiple spam messages.

Anyway, after speaking to the Live Chat Assistant, apparently my prescription is only for Distance use and not Computers, despite what I was told by my Optician. FGG claim they sent me multiple emails asking me to confirm that I can't have computer glasses and just use distance ones... Not one email was sent. Yes, I have spam ones (8 in total), but even after reading them, they state nothing about my prescription being wrong.

Anyway, after looking into it, it seems this company have a new Trust Pilot website filled with fake review bots, just so they can boast a 4 star rating.
Their old Trustpilot site is still active at just 1.3 stars. All it takes is just to sort by recent on this Trustpilot site to find multiple people with similar issues and 1 star reviews.

Yes, I've decided to go ahead with my order, just to see what the outcome actually is.. But im not impressed so far, maybe the glasses will be better than their online experience?

Don't buy from this company, its a waste of time.. Literal blind robbery

Ordered through this company for the…

Ordered through this company for the first time after reading their good reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. There was an issue with the delivery address details this morning and rather than either Evri contacting me, or feel good contacts, they returned them to the warehouse, despite me sending the required information. Evri are impossible to deal with… it’s just bots, that give you the standardised responses. The lense company were easier to get hold of, but no more help. I’m now left with no contacts for my holiday and wasted hours of my day dealing with a stressful situation that could easily been avoided with a phone call.

Bought three pairs of glasses just over a year ago! Loved the design and raved about them to all my friends and family resulting in them all ordering. In the last few weeks all pairs of rusted, weakened and one pair actually fell apart whilst I was driving. So frustrating! Looks like I may have to go back to paying high street costs :(
