Poor customer service

We placed a large order with multiple shipping dates. Unfortunately, one item was never delivered. Albeit, we realized it too late and tried to plead to the customer service. However, we were told immediately that nothing can be done and that is our problem. So 3,5k down the drain.

Order from Dec/Jan still not arrived

We ordered a wooden owl back at the end of Dec. I know it would take some time to arrive, they originally told us week 10 at a later mail. fine ok. it never showed. I wrote to them, and they responded, got a new update that it would be week 18. Still no owl.

Update - Now they say week 23.....we will see, but I wont hold out hope.

Update - 26 May. Again it's being pushed til now the week 32. Will we have to wait a while year or more for a wooden owl?

Needs better delivery information management

Incredibly bad at providing meaningful delivery estimates. Zero information on what’s causing the delays or providing an updated estimate. If it weren’t for the discounts over retail prices elsewhere, I wouldn’t be shopping here.

Slow delivery and wrong item

Unfortunately, the delivery time was very slow (even after showing initially on the website the items were available or in stock).

What’s more - one item delivered was delivered in the wrong colour and I’m still awaiting them to answer and rectify this issue.

Quite good experience shopping on the website. The chair I order was not immediately available and they have emailed me about that right after my order was made. The delivery was also quite smooth, they used GLS which is rather quality service provider here in Denmark.

Excellent customer service

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. Ensure you do not do any mistake when buying in their web or they will make sure you pay for it, even though it does not have any cost on them to solve it. In my case, I bough shelves from Montana free that was called “sort Jade”. In the web picture it looked black and it was green 🤦‍♀️ Well they of course exchanged for the black one, but they were asking for 500 dkk for the shipment (normally free when you spend above 3000 dkk). It is their own company shipping truck that they use to come to Copenhagen once a week with other shipping items, so what cost for them to exchange mine??? I really regret buying in that place, even though I was disappointed and shared my opinion, they will keep stubborn on that silly decision.

Thanks for the review. It is true that we deliver one time for free on your first order. But unfortunately, we simply just cannot offer free returns as you where expecting. We gladly return the product with the correct one – but when you had the option of ordering “Black” instead of “Black Jade” and you somehow did not I cannot see how that is our fault? As we write in the terns of trade, we do not offer free returns unless there is a complaint about the product.
