Poor customer service

We placed a large order with multiple shipping dates. Unfortunately, one item was never delivered. Albeit, we realized it too late and tried to plead to the customer service. However, we were told immediately that nothing can be done and that is our problem. So 3,5k down the drain.

Flyhjælp just spent a year wasting our time and patience.

Our flight was cancelled by SAS for no reason one year ago. I made case via Flyhjælp right away and they confirmed we are entitled to compensation. They sent claim to SAS and then sent it again few months after. They asked us to be patient.
I wrote to them a year after asking about the progress and within days I got email that we cannot claim compensation due to extraordinary circumstances: absence of flyleader.
This is a lie, because airline itself quoted bird strike as a reason for cancellation of flight (although no other flight on that evening were cancelled - a very targeted bird strike indeed).

Upon final assessment of your case, we found that your flight disruption was caused by extraordinary circumstances.

On the day of your return journey, there was a significant shortage of air traffic controllers at Copenhagen Airport. This shortage resulted from the fallout of a proposal for higher wages for the air traffic controllers.

no notification prior to subscription renewal

Similar experience to others - Headway do not notify of subscription extension and keep on charging you until you go through dozens of steps to cancel their subscription. I learned an expensive lesson and I'll advise others to stay away from this fraudulent company.

Bliv væk!

Bliv væk!
De fortalte mig, at arbejdet vil tage 5 timer, og de ønskede ikke at give et engangsbeløb, så jeg gik med til en timepris. Arbejdet tog 2 timer, men de sendte stadig faktura på 5 timer.
Jeg forsøgte at bestride, men fik aldrig et svar tilbage. Ikke en ærlig måde at drive forretning på.
