Med24.dk åbnede tilbage i 2005, og vi har i dag mere end 18.000 helseprodukter til super priser. Vi tilbyder dermed Danmarks største udvalg af produkter inden for helse, skønhed, personlig pleje, naturlægemidler, kosttilskud og medicin (håndkøb). I henholdsvis 2014 og 2015 åbnede vi filialer i Sverige og Norge, og kan derfor nu kalde os en nordisk helsebutik.

Tanken bag Med24 var oprindeligt at lave et online apotek, velvidende at lovgivningen endnu ikke var på plads i Danmark. Dette er forsat ikke tilfældet på trods af liberaliseringer i alle andre lande omkring os. Uagtet er vi dog fortsat forankret i en faglighed omkring vores produkter. Vi har fageksperter (farmakonom, materialist, kostvejleder, kosmetolog) indenfor alle vores produktområder, som altid kan hjælpe dig med råd og vejledning til dine sunde valg.

På produktkategorierne kosttilskud og vitaminer er vi førende på både sortiment og priser i Norden. Det samme gælder de store plejeserier, som vichy og eucerin

Vores lager ligger i Løkken, hvorfra vi pakker og sender alle vores ordrer. Vi går meget op i at sikre dig den bedst mulige leveringstid, hvorfor en stor del af vores ansatte arbejder med at få logistikken til at køre. 4 days ago i received tracking number…

4 days ago i received tracking number with info my package is sended but its not. ( from 4 days is Shipment created, awaiting registration) I contacted twice by email and no one respond

Delayed is a new normal

Now it surprises me, if order from med24 is not delayed. Since they moved to new warehouse system they simply cannot keep to promised delivery time. Combined with declining service of their delivery vendor - you can count on long delivery time.

Great experience.

Med24's website is easy to use and the items were dispatched quickly. I ordered a free sample that wasn't available (it was an error in the website) and got a 10% discount on the next purchase. I was surprised by this actually, but it worked, I needed some emergency items and used the code right way instead of going to another shop.

Good customer service, but I had some other issues

Good customer service, tho I’ve had some issues with my order. First it got lost in the mail. Their estimated delivery time is 1-3 days, I waited 10 days for my order until I decided to e-mail them. They replied quickly and refunded me immediately. I placed the order again and it arrived in 1 day, super quick, I’m very satisfied with that.
But one of the items I ordered was a bottle of shampoo, packed inside a plastic bag, it arrived leaked, so some of the product got wasted. I think they should have packed it better.

Recently not too good

I used to order from med24.dk a lot. Then they moved distribution center last year and most of the orders were delayed or lost (2-3 order).
I made an order on April 25, with expected delivery date of 1-3 days. Today April 29, on the 4th day, they send me an email saying that 1 of the products had been sold out, and that's why the rest is delayed. I'm a bit perplexed why the 5 other products were not sent on time. I sent them an email already on April 28, which they haven't responded to yet.
