This is a scam company stay away from them or read carefully before you sign a contract. They called me to use their electricity and told me that I have fee free for one year. In the contract they wrote three months, but it was in swedish. Now I called the and they said that the prices are up and they charged me more than double as compared to last month.

Such a bad communication from Telinet.
Before I was a customer with all the correct autogiro setup, and after 1 month that I switched to another provider, they called me that they could take me back as a customer and I don't need to worry about anything, as I already had autogiro setup.

It was just supposed to sign the agreement and I'd get my account back as usual.

Nothing was setup in my account, no money was taken from it and now I need to pay inkasso fees due to such a poor communication, and customer service is unwilling to help.

Makes more sense to go with this company, my bills for electricity have gotten cheaper

Don't ever use Telinet - Never.

Called me and tried to trick me into believing that I have a contract with them. The caller had an unbearable voice.

Do not sign any agreements to secure a fixed cost of electricity during higher cost periods, I signed a temporary fixed price for the winter to try to avoid crazy high costs during the winter. Turns out that the crazy high cost of electricity was way lower than what I ended up paying.
It feels like a scam from Telinet. Ended up paying 2.5 times what I would have paid had I not signed their agreement.

Telinet has repeatedly given me incorrect information about my electricity agreement with them. When confronted, they blaim it on a fault in their system and will not compensate me for my financial losses.
If it would have been more money, I would have taken them to court. For now, this review will have to do.

Don't fall for their "campaigns". Worthless and complicated price ceiling that will give you headache. Even customer support is not very helpful to either explain nor defend the reason to have the price ceiling. While the salesman preach it like it's the best thing ever.
If you want to take part of the price ceiling you have to call them yourself after a year, and make them do a check if you are eligible to compensation. And if you are eligible to compensation it will be used to pay your upcoming invoice, making you more stuck in their loop. As others here I would like to give it a 0 but 1 is the lowest.

Very poor customer service...I have been trying to reach them for nearly two months now and I could not get through their customer service !!

Initially they gave an gift card worth 500 SEK for taking Telinet connection and after one month I have been invoiced that 500 SEK saying that I received two gift cards (Nobody asked their gift cards in first place, they are chasing and giving gift cards and the invoicing them back) . This looks like a scam.
They are only sending invoices and not caring enough to ask us about the problems.
Mail communication to customer service is like a snail. When I say my actual problem, they stopped responding to mails

Very bad experience!!! I regret the deal after 3 days when I read so many bad reviews here and didn't want to risk anything. Come back to a Mediamarkt and cancelled deal with the same agent and returned present card from Mediamarkt. He took all information and make a picture a of returned card and sent it to his boss right away. 2 months later I got a bill from Svea to pay 500 kr for the card I haven't used. I was calling, using a chat several times each even went to Mediamarkt try to reach agent again, they are asking for a proof and return a receipt (did not get anything only empty words from agent that matter is closed). They are giving only empty promises of fixing this and that they reach me back, nothing. Happy to not become customer, but they are still earing money on me.

My problem was solved effectively without being proposed workarounds
