H&M is going down 👎🏼. The service, both in the shops and the customer service, is very bad. The application is not user friendly, prices are getting more expensive... I used to buy a lot from them but not anymore.

I would have not given no stars if…

I would have not given any stars if possible! Bought 200 denier tights. They are see through, flimsy with no support!! They are more like a 20 denier. NOT opaque AT ALL! I'm furious as these are not cheap plus with deliver on top cist almost £20! I WANT A FULL REFUND! False advertising!

ORI …Sutton Surrey Store

ORI, at Sutton Surrey store was amazing today, I had brought items back and she helped me with the H&M app in store, a lot of what I had brought had gone into the sale so she spoke about the sale ins store and how much cheaper it is than online, she was so knowledgeable, patient, kind and delivered delightful customer service …. Well done 👍

fancy clothes are eaasy to find here

HM has goood selection of clothes that come a decent price. Not all clothes are of good quality though, some have some visual defects. But it is rare to see them. I like custoemr support here, girls at desk always greet with smile and ready to helpPlanning to buy some new light dresses for my nieces, already chose smth ahead:)

do NOT use H&M gift cards online

Please do NOT use H&M gift cards online. If you need to return the items, they will NOT refund you onto your original gift card.
Instead they will send the gift card via a different email address that they KNOW ends up in your spam folder and likely get deleted without ever being used.
This is a nice little side hustle of theirs. BUYER BEWARE

Poor quality clothes and poor customer service

Purchased a swimsuit from H & M, wore it once and washed as per instructions. The leg holes went totally baggy and it's unwearable. Contacted customer services and they refused to refund it as it was more than 3 months since purchase - I'd bought it during winter. Money completely wasted. Poor customer service, given the product is clearly faulty. Furthermore, there's no option to leave a review for the product in question on their website to warn others. Clearly they have a problem with both product quality and customer service.

I’m no longer ordering from H&M again

I’m no longer ordering from H&M again. They charge delivery and returns. Shop in the store you say? I would but I live 2 hours away from my nearest shop. Also they use Evri and have no fast delivery options. What’s wrong with Evri? They never deliver on time or more often my parcel never arrives and I have to wait 3 weeks to claim a refund. And I have to pay for delivery now so paying for such a shocking service is infuriating. H&M used to be my go to place but since the service and delivery cost and return cost it now makes it absolutely ridiculous. Shop in store if you can. Avoid AVOID ordering from their site. I’m done with H&M.

**Why does H&M allow returns without attached tags? **

I recently purchased a dress from H&M, only to discover once I got home that it had clearly been worn before, with disgusting underarm stains. When I tried to return it, the store owner informed me that I couldn't. This policy is baffling and unacceptable. Who in their right mind would wear a dress out and return it to the store!!! H&M need to change their policy and NOT have items returned without tags, that will solve all the problems. Be aware!!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Tried to place am order using prepaid gift card. Their page could not process transaction for technical reasons. Wait time on the line was too long so I left my number. They called me back (twice) and hung up on me without speaking. NEVER AGAIN

Derby store experience was the worst…

Derby store experience was the worst I’ve ever encountered from a customer service perspective. I was returning an unworn tweed jacket, H&M label and back pleat secure tacking still in place, which was purchased from the store a week previously. I had both my till receipt and in-store purchase receipt on my H&M app. After some consultation behind the till and after sniffing the jacket, I was told, quite bluntly, by the supervisor/manager that it had clearly been worn and washed!!!! Hence would not be accepted back into store. And by the way it “wasn’t one of our labels”. Quite who’s label the assistant thought it was I have no idea. It looked typical of the labels you get after purchasing online. So maybe this had been a previous online order, returned to the Derby store at some point in the past. Which I then purchased in all good faith at the store last week. Incidentally had I washed this item it would have been wrecked. Formal tweed, suit style, dry clean only jackets would not respond well to washing. A “second opinion” was sought and it was decided, and I quote, “to save any hassle” they would, on this occasion, accept the return. I have never been so insulted.
