The worst
The worst. I ordered quite a large expensive order and was waiting for it to arrive.
I was at home the entire day, kept checking tracking site. All of a sudden after lunch the tracking updated to "2nd delivery attempted, final delivery attempt next business day." . This is absolutely RIDICULOUS as I was at home the ENTIRE day, didn't hear ANY knocks or doorbells - I even tested my flat doorbell just in case.
It's also ridiculous that it immediately jumped to SECOND ATTEMPT when there was no attempt at 9am and by 12pm there's already 2 attempts?? How is next day already the final attempt?
Called people and still nothing resolved, I was told the driver will not call me when they try again tomorrow and no guarantee the same thing won't happen. At this point I don't even know if I will be receiving my parcel tomorrow.. and if they don't ring my doorbell tomorrow it'll be sent back and I'll lose the items I've paid for and it's causing a huge inconvenience and anxiety in my life.
Highly disappointed in this courier as it really puts me off as a customer. At least Amazon would attempt to correct and redeliver same day, with personal contact to make sure the item is delivered to me.
