Importantly, claimed they would issue me a refund, never did. After chasing up 4 or 5 emails over 1 month with no reply, I gave up and escalated to dispute with my credit card company who charged back a refund.

The first lesson - i never got. Teachers repeatedly cancelled for different reasons. Kept getting rescheduled and put back, which gave me zero confidence i was going to get any consistency with this school. Decided to cancel and ask for a refund since I never even got any lessons. The refund never got issued and they just started ignoring my email. Even though they were super responsive when trying to get me to pay and schedule a lesson.

Scam. Avoid at all cost.

Items sent back within few days not even attempting to deliver

On Thursday 3rd of April there was an attempt to deliver 2 parcels to me. I was not at home on Thursday and expected re-attempted delivery on Friday. No one came on Friday, so I checked tracking and it said awaiting collection. I set a re-delivery date for both parcels to Monday 7th April with the same address (!!) .

And somehow come Monday 7th (today) I am suddenly sent an email notification that one of the parcels has been sent back to sender. Bizarrely the other parcel is said that it would be delivered today as usual.

By the end of the day I had a notification that the other parcel as well had "invalid address" and was sent back to sender - but also that they attempted delivery and no one was home - BUT I WAS HOME THE ENTIRE DAY.

I am upset that instead of correcting anything, my parcel was sent back to sender with the reason "improper address input" even though:
- The first attempted delivery seems to have found me fine. I did not change the delivery address
- No attempt was made to contact me to allow me to resolve any issues
- It's only been 4 days since the first ever delivery attempt and it's already been sent back to sender

This is causing a lot of inconvenience for me as re-ordering a small item is going to incur extra charges for me. I'm extremely upset at how Royal Mail has decided to handle this, and has resulted in me losing parcels.

There's no way that an attempt was made at all, seems like people are being lazy about delivering and would rather just send stuff back to sender.

The worst

The worst. I ordered quite a large expensive order and was waiting for it to arrive.
I was at home the entire day, kept checking tracking site. All of a sudden after lunch the tracking updated to "2nd delivery attempted, final delivery attempt next business day." . This is absolutely RIDICULOUS as I was at home the ENTIRE day, didn't hear ANY knocks or doorbells - I even tested my flat doorbell just in case.

It's also ridiculous that it immediately jumped to SECOND ATTEMPT when there was no attempt at 9am and by 12pm there's already 2 attempts?? How is next day already the final attempt?
Called people and still nothing resolved, I was told the driver will not call me when they try again tomorrow and no guarantee the same thing won't happen. At this point I don't even know if I will be receiving my parcel tomorrow.. and if they don't ring my doorbell tomorrow it'll be sent back and I'll lose the items I've paid for and it's causing a huge inconvenience and anxiety in my life.

Highly disappointed in this courier as it really puts me off as a customer. At least Amazon would attempt to correct and redeliver same day, with personal contact to make sure the item is delivered to me.

Terrible. Always delivering to the wrong place or losing

THREE TIMES now - Evri has managed to lose my parcel in transit or even worse, DELIVER IT TO THE WRONG HOUSE. It's been a consistent experience, with no apologies nor responsibility taken and it keeps happening. Always "contact the seller we can't do anything". WELL THEN DON'T EXIST.
