Just been scammed by a driver just…

Just been scammed by a driver just after they cancelled my bus in London at 23:59. They don’t have any live chat or a call number. This company needs to be checked by the relevant authorities to get a full investigation. Now I’m waiting for a refund and they said the driver got 6 days to reply, why 6days? I need my refund now!!!
