DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY Absolutely Useless - we were waiting for a bus at the correct time based on information provided. We cant get to the bottom of what went wrong but we were not picked up which meant we failed to get to our pre-booked accommodation that night. Correspondence with the support team has been ridiculous - of course they don't specify who they are supporting but its certainly not the customer. They would not answer my questions but kept apologising but no refund though they were at fault. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE THIS COMPANY. Their "support team" is an absolute joke. We'd score them minus if we could.

In Madrid Spain worst company ever. You better do not publish a trip as driver I published a trip Murcia Madrid 30 euros the seat for 2 people. Blah blah car is taking for no reason 24 so I end up driving my car and paying more gasoline that the passengers apart of leaving them at home. I mean never ever you guys going to count with my car as you toy/tool to rip me off 24 euros of needed gasoline. Never ever worst experience ever in my 48 years of life never trust them!!?and responding to your public response you sent this link but none awnsering hate this company never sharing my car again

Awful experience. We booked a coach from Trieste to Ljubljana. 10 minutes before the coach was due, we got a message that the coach was going to be 3 hours late. We were stuck in 30+ degrees heat at the Trieste bus station, which has no seating. The company offered to pay us for snacks to tide us over. When the driver finally arrived, he was rude and then took a 30 minute break on top of being 3 hours late, with no apology for the lateness or explanation.

Just because they can, no customer service, and app who goes nowhere, got my account suspended, unreliable company, please avoid if you don't want extra headache! Even one star is to much!

Don't ever book travel with this company under its name or as EasyDrive. Our EasyDrive bus from Zagreb to Ljubljana was non-existent and never showed up at the Zagreb bus station as scheduled. The Company's help line was useless, and they're experts at hiding accountability from dissatisfied travelers or refunding unfulfilled purchases.

Bus showed up 1 hr and 30 late. Last connecting train of the day will be gone then and now I will have to pay for expensive overnight stay in Geneva.
Terms and conditions don’t even offer me a full refund for the 6 frank ticket despite this appalling disastrous situation.
Avoid at all cost, please.

There are so many bad reviews about blablacar, I literally almost had a panic attack reading them before my trip. Sure, the trip isn't perfect, but I don't think many bus trips are. I took the bus from Annecy (france) to Bergamo Airport in Italy. It arrived 20 minutes late and we werd held up because of traffic at the Mont Blanc tunnel (for those who don't know, the tunnel is notorious for long waiting times as there are only 2 lanes and the barriers letting cars pass open every 7 seconds) so we got to the stop after the tunnel 1 hour or 40 mins late. Nonetheless, though my airport was the last stop, we got there with a delay of 30 minutes at most, which I think is tolerable. Sure, it is not VIP (some charging ports, mine funnily enough, were broken) but for the price, it's quite fine. The drivers counted heads whenever we left the stations and not at all mean (I was worried that the delay would affect me since I had a plane to catch and the driver, though he did not speak english, answered my google translate questions patiently enough. All in all, bad trips can happen, but if you were scared like me, know that it isnt the norm. I also had a couple other trips to and from Geneva - bus arrived on time, departed on time, no problems.

Will never use again. We used many different bus companies on our trip to Geneva to get to various French towns. All experiences with Flixbus and Swiss tours were amazing, delays were 15 mins max and apart from that was smooth sailing. We went to Annecy on our last day with a return bus at 3.50pm and our flight out of Geneva at 8.30pm...plenty of time we thought considering it's just a 50 minute journey. Well not only was the bus 1hr and 10 minutes late (Arriving just before 5pm), but the driver was rude and aggressive and slowed down the boarding process significantly by checking every individual persons passport. No other bus company had done this and this caused a further delayed of 15 minutes. The bus was now having to drive through rush hour traffic meaning the usually 50 minute journey was to take closer to 1hr 10 mins.... anxiety inducing and horrible experience, had to run to catch transport back to the hotel to collect our bags before rushing to the airport. Terrible company would not recommend their services

Dear Sir or Madam,
This was my first time using your app, and unfortunately the experience was unacceptable.
The ride was booked for my nephew and his friend traveling from Zurich to Frankfurt. The meeting point and time (08:30) were clearly agreed with the driver. The passengers arrived around 45 minutes early and waited at the exact location provided.
From 08:30 onwards, I repeatedly called and messaged the driver, with no response. The driver never showed up. We searched for the described BMW X1 with a trailer, but it was not there. I have call logs proving multiple contact attempts.
Receiving an email that implies fault on my side is unfair and unacceptable, especially given that the driver failed to appear.
I request a review of the case, correction of the accusation, and confirmation of the appropriate resolution.
Also attached the uber receipt from oberglatt Zurich to the place she requested as meeting point it was very bad experience and money lost

I arrived 4–5 minutes before the scheduled departure of my bus from Paris to London. The bus was already there with the doors closed, and the driver was inside, so I waited for him to open the doors. Instead, the bus started moving, and when I tried to get the driver’s attention, he ignored me and drove away – leaving me behind.
I immediately contacted the support centre, but after about 15 minutes of being transferred between different people, I was told that it wasn’t considered an emergency and that I should call back later. Eventually I was informed that since the bus left on time, it was my fault for being “late”, even though I arrived before departure. There was another passenger in the same situation, and we both stood there watching the bus leave.
As a result, I was left alone in a foreign country, late at night, with no assistance or solution offered. This was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had.

I wantes to go to south Portugal, in night.
So, i tried to buy a ticket on line though this platform. The site did not work well, so i dod not understand if i bought the ticket or not. Tied again. Same problem.
So i changed company. That night, when travelling in the other bus, i noticed that BlaBla had charged and issued 2 bus tickets for the same hour, person, and destination.
I asked them the restitution of my money. After all, i did not used those tickets.
No use. I complained 6 tines. They seemed not understand the situation.
Till today, no refound.

Just been scammed by a driver just after they cancelled my bus in London at 23:59. They don’t have any live chat or a call number. This company needs to be checked by the relevant authorities to get a full investigation. Now I’m waiting for a refund and they said the driver got 6 days to reply, why 6days? I need my refund now!!!

Used to be good - now its all corporate bullshit.
They will gladly take all your personal info, providing no security.
They stopped accepting cash payments.
They can suspend your account for no reason provided whatsoever and good luck in getting your money as a driver.
Plus they charge ridiculous fees, which are just funny, especially if you consider that if you need any support from them (for the issues that they create for you), you will only get automatic robotic answers.
They became useless.
Yet another company that due to its own policies, greed etc. will sink in just few years.
AVOID.

Worst bus company ever. Our driver was very late, rude and aggressive, driving too fast, he even almost left us behind when leaving a stopover 10 minutes early, making us run and fall in the snow (lol) while watching through the closed doors. Unbelievable. Power and wifi wasn't working either. And all they could offer was a refund of the few euros the ticket cost. Their poor online reputation is well deserved.

After cancelling a ride share, in which the driver tricked me, and after the established checking period. I was told by BlaBlaCar that I would be fully refunded, NEVER HAPPENED !!! Very untrustworthy company !!

I booked a BlaBlaCar Bus from Leuven (Belgium) to Cologne (Germany) for 19 October 2025 (booking ref E1QSS2), bought via Omio for €19.99. The bus was scheduled to leave Leuven at 18:50.
I arrived at the correct stop on time and waited, but the bus simply never showed up. There was no information at the stop and I received no SMS, e-mail or app notification about any cancellation, delay or rerouting.
Because I had to be at work the next morning, I had no choice but to buy alternative rail transport the same evening (intercity Leuven–Liège and Eurostar Liège–Cologne) for €99 in order to reach Cologne. I did not claim any hotel or food costs – just the necessary transport.
Customer service acknowledged by e-mail that the bus did not run as scheduled and offered a refund of the bus ticket plus vouchers. However, they refused to reimburse the €99 I had to pay because their service was not performed at all.
For me this is unacceptable. If a bus doesn’t run and passengers are left without information, the company should at least cover the necessary extra costs caused by their no-show.

Bus departure is pushed back by 1.5 hours 4 days before departure and then when you need to cancel because of that you only get a voucher of 40% of the value of the ticket. It’s not my mistake that you have to change your transportation plan.
