Order Status still processing?

I would very much aprecciate to know the status of my order. How can i track it? Its beeing processed still!?! I cant fully give a fair classification before the service is completed. So did you send the second batch already?
ps - 2 Batch was written (online) to be devivered from the 9th January (already with some delay). Not February. You have now changed it. I meant to be constructiv, on you keeping a close connection with your customers, keeping them informed about the status of the order.

We’d like to clarify a few important points regarding your message.

First of all, this situation should not be considered a service review issue, as your order was placed knowing that Batch shipping starts from February 2nd. “From” means that shipments begin on that date and then go out progressively, in order of purchase — not that all orders ship on the same day.

All our products are manually assembled, configured, and tested by a small team. Because of this hands-on process, small delays are sometimes unavoidable, and this is something we clearly communicate in advance. This is not mass production, but careful, individual preparation of each unit to ensure it arrives working correctly.

Your order is currently marked as processing, which simply means it is in the queue for assembly and testing. Once your unit is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number, there is no additional action required from your side.

Regarding your question: yes, Batch shipments have already started, and they are continuing progressively.
