Love it!! 🤩

What a fantastic company! Ordered a bundle of their personalised car air fresheners and all were able to be different despite coming as a bundle pack.

They hilariously turned my three dogs into three air fresheners. The photo quality is great and they are cleanly cut. It’s shame I can’t work out how to upload a photo to this review.

Order and delivery process were quick and efficient.

I am 100% ordering again for some Christmas presents!!

Excellent as always

Excellent as always. I placed an order with Gymshark online and paid £5 extra for DPD express because all other options were Hermes delivery which I’ve only ever had awful experiences with. DPD 100% worth the extra delivery charge for the confidence that the delivery will be received, on time and treated with care.

Item not delivered

Order made on 26/2/21. Items sent separately from Adidas arrived within 5 days of ordering. The item sent by Sports Direct did not arrive.

After emailing back and forth for approximately a week, Samuel was able to resend the item. He was great but this shouldn’t have been necessary.

Order still hasn’t arrived....

*UPDATE* order arrived on April 4th (ordered on March 8th). It is a lovely product. Despite being happy with the product itself, overall I am disappointed with the communication between the customer service team. They were very quick to respond to queries, however I was being told different things by different members of the team. I received a reply saying my order should arrive the following day, to then be contacted again, the next day by another member telling me it was still in Belgium waiting to be shipped.

Over three weeks later and my order has still not arrived. Received an automated response from the online query I sent off asking me to confirm my address, which I did but did not hear anything back. I messaged them on Facebook messenger, which was answered quickly, however the response was to continue to wait as my order hasn’t even been processed yet! Three weeks later! This was ordered well in time for Mother’s Day and yet has still not arrived and I am not being updated as to when I can now expect it... just being told to continue to wait. Not impressed.
